I am notified the golf club building is gone. My wife looks at me. I contacted my insurance and gave them my case number from Tahoe fire department. I Immediately contact Carlo and told him once the fires are done and my insurance settles my claim that I want to build the same building with water extinguisher system that will blend in and you cannot tell its there.

I contact the chief's widow after the services and tell her what so far has been done for her the grandkids .

I take a shower, eat dinner and crash.

I get home from work and tell Parker and Valerie I placed a bid on a building on Arden way on my way home. Today was my last day with JR Studio and why. Both were surprised that I hadn't discussed it with them but supported me in my decisions.

My father used his legitimate business money to put the bid on the building and the realtor notified me a few minutes after
I told them tha another buyer paid cash. I had spoken to my brother in law for a loan and didn't realize my father was in his office when I called him. Jason agreed to give me the loan but my father, Michael Corinthos Sr aka Sonny and a well known monster in Port Charles bought the building under my name and everything was above board. He had his attorney Diane make sure of it. I was grateful. He called me after the realtor called me and told me it was him and he was in Jason's office when I called him and Jason had me on speaker. I thanked him. He told me he loved me and good luck in my new business venture. I told him I loved him too. We ended the conversation .

I showed the picture of the exterior. Valerie reassured me my father if he said Diane made sure it was. The realtor rang the door bell and handed me my check back, the deed, the keys, the alarm code and password. She than left. I looked to see what my father had paid and I chuckled when it was a dollar more. He had furniture company and photography business for me to use that I was familiar with and he had given them cash 129 thousand for equipment and furniture.
We drove over three before it got dark and I had the alarm company and locks to be changed.

It didn't take them long which I was glad because it was considered after hour pay. They left and I showed them around.
