Mitch, a 23 year old who had recently moved out of his college dorm and into his own apartment, had been planning a camping trip with a group of his friends from college to celebrate their graduation.

"Hey, Jerome, you said you had that tent that we could share, right?" Mitch asked his best friend who was helping Mitch get the rest of the supplies together before they left to the nearby forest.

"Yeah, dude, I have a spare sleeping bag, too, if you need it," Jerome replied. Jerome was a few months older than Mitch, so he was supposed to be the designated driver for the trip.

"Great," Mitch said as he closed the trunk of Jerome's car, "I think that's all of it,"

"Awesome," Jerome smiled at mitch and opened his car door, "let's get a move on, then,"

Jerome got in the car and Mitch soon followed. They were supposed to be 'roughing it' for the weekend, so they brought very little to use for the trip. Little did they know that it would later cost them...
