lucy had an accident while away with her family. when walking across the street, a car didn't stop soon enough and ran into her. it wasn't as bad as she thought it was, thankfully only having huge bruises down her right thigh, and a few cuts on her hip. she was just glad it wasn't her sister or mother, since she hated when others around her where hurt. her mom told her not to go to school tomorrow, but lucy didn't want to miss anything, but she really just wanted to see her friends.

lucy got up, throwing on white sweats and a black oversized shirt. the girl curled her hair, applying the little makeup she wore, sliding on her blue and white dunks. it was raining, so she didn't want to wear shorts. her mom gave her a ride to school, the girl quickly walking inside and going to see victoria and alyssa. " holy shit, are you ok?!" alyssa said, hugging the girl. lucy nodded, telling them the story all over again, even though she texted them the day it happened.
" thank god it wasn't that bad, i would end my life" victoria chuckled, the three walking down the hall. lucy's locker was on the opposite side of theirs, so she opened it, a piece of paper falling out. lucy picked it up, jumping slightly when nolan appeared beside her locker.
" stalker much?" she joked, the boy rolling his eyes and opening the locker beside hers. lucy never knew that was his, but he never got anything for class anyways so who would? she looked at the paper, seeing jacks number on it with a message that made the girl cringe, being uncomfortable. " jack needs to stop" she said, handing the boy the paper.
nolan sighed, shutting his locker. " i'll talk to him after class, but what happened in san francisco? victoria kind of told me, but your okay?" he said, looking at the younger girl
" yeah i'm fine, wasn't to bad" lucy nodded " getting hit by a car is off my bucket list?". nolan raised an eyebrow, the girl shutting her locker and walking to class.
