Lena POV:

Nights were hard even though when we were together we never spent nights together she was always out but I guess it was the thought that I had someone to come home to that kept me warm at night

The trip to National City was long and emotionally draining all I did was stare at the chair where she would have been

It's funny when the end comes all you think about is the good times

And how few and far between they became from then to now

I hate her because I loved her that a scary thought

Therapy is doing wonders for me

I know both have the tools and the knowledge to unpack what I went through but yet it sits in box in my mind with a "DO NOT OPEN" label

It hasn't been all bad I can say that

National City is new and excited and I made a friend how unlikely is that even tho I fucked that up royally

I'll never forget it she wasn't upset..... She just looked disappointed

Who would have thought lunch at nonnan's would have turn into this has I think of the events leading up I know I'm not the only one to blame but still I kissed her so who knows if should would have kissed me of her volition

Past Lena POV:

"Hey Kara I know your probably busy but I need your help with something".

"Whatever it is I'll what happened".

"It's Andrea she has started reaching out to me again".

"Your ex Andrea ?".

"The one and the same".

"Why don't you go to the police and get a restraining order".

"That won't stop her I need to just find a new place to move to I can't see her again".

{I say feeling my tears leave my eyes like a dandelion in the breeze and my body shaking slightly has if I was freezing}

"Lena I know you don't like to talk about it but what happened between you and her you said it was ugly but your reaction tells me it was more than that".

{Kara says gently placing her hand on Lena arm hoping to calm her}

"She... She why can't I say it".

{I say fiercely wiping my eyes trying to clear my vision}

"She what Lena no matter what you say I won't think differently of you I'll be there for you".
