'Why now'

Felix's POV:

As we hear our manger arueing with doctors all my thoughts are blacked out, 'was Chan okay? was this all my fualt, how did it happen? how could I have changed the outcome!' that was all that was on my mind, my stupid brain that knew nothing, seeing Chan in a hospital has always been my nightmare, him..dispearing from my life..and today it may happen. "Hey..he'll be okay..trust me" Hyunjin finally spoke to me after a long time, maybe he understoood the pain I was in...or maybe he justed pitted me "I'll be fine..thanks" I stood up wiping away my tears as walk outside the room for fresh air.
If your wondering, Chan is in a coma..we don't know for how long but I'm really worried he has been oversosing behind our backs and suffering from servire depression..and we all didn't notice..when he was our leader he'd always put on a smile and cared for us but in return we couldn't even take care of him. He never cried but..he was for sure hurting inside.

New years day:

No ones POV:

It has been a few months now and Chan still hasn't woken up from his coma, the doctors are worried he may wake up in the middle of 2023 or even longer and thats something Felic wants to avoid.
"Hey..uh I'm gonna go check on Chan real quick..uhm" as Felix is about to drive to the hospital Han pulls him back "Felix..its new years! we need to be happy not sad..pus you've been visiting him all day every day and night..please you deserve a break" Han has never been this nice but right now Felix needed confort more than anyone.
As Minho drives all of them to the fireworks were abouts Felix starts crying and since they're filming an episode on the way there it gets cought on camera
"Yah don't cryy!"
"why are you crying"
"Its new years"
All the members sitting nearby felix hug and confort him not wanting the internet to find out about the Chan incident which already got leaked anyway.
