After a couple more days of running through scenes, Annalise's first week of filming came to a close. On the final day, she received the schedule for the next week and realised she wouldn't be needed on set for the next few days as her name wasn't on the call sheet. She quickly scanned to see who else was free and felt her spirits drop when she discovered that she'd be spending the next day relatively alone.

When morning came, she allowed herself a leisurely rise as she planned her day. Annalise remembered that the city-center of Bath was only a short bus journey away and decided to treat herself to a little exploration.

Prior to this, Annalise had never really had time to explore the rest of the UK. Working a 9 to 5 office job at a tech start-up meant little time for herself, so she reveled in the time she found herself with now. She fell in love with the grand architecture around her. Sure, London had some spectacular buildings and views, but it all felt different here - more ancient and historic. Little cobblestone alleyways lead to family-run bookshops. There was a busker playing the violin in the grand square outside of the Roman Baths, giving the feeling of magic and romance in the air.

She sat for lunch in a small cafe just off the square, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peacefulness that seemed to float around her. Thinking back over the week, she found herself smiling at thought of her new friends and her new life.

She'd never really had a female friend like Nicola before. Not because she had anything against other women, of course, but because Nicola was just different. She made her feel happy and supported, even when Annalise was talking nonsense.

She was warming up to Daniel as well, though they'd only had a handful of conversations. And this past week, Adam had become someone she found herself laughing with and going to between takes.

Then there was Joe. Anna knew it shouldn't, but even the mere thought of him made her stomach feel lighter. There were times when he was loud and boisterous. Almost child-like. Then there were moments when he was quiet and reserved; when his eyes would linger but no words would be spoken. She didn't know what to think of him or what he thought of her, but she knew spending time with Joe - and the others - made her feel good. Happy, even.

Her phone dinged, bringing her out of her thoughts.
