Previously on TLKFT, Shani died from old age. Malva and Onyx, had a cub named Baron. Kiapo, Onyx, Ronaldo and Alida got to the Pride Lands to fight the cursed lion and his army of hyenas. Being a hero, Onyx fought Crescent and died in the process. Baron grew up across the Jungle, hating his family do to his father's death.
In The Jungle, Malva was upset. She thought that she had ruined, the good and kindness inside her cub Baron. But in Baron's mind, he wasn't her son anymore.
