Someone exploded the building with fireworks and gas which caused the building to explode with fire.
"Aaaahh the building's on fire someone put it out!!!!"
"Everyone run for your life!!"
"Take cover!!"
Everyone scurried around, trying to find the Exit door but found nothing because of the smoke and flames. But you thought got separated from the group. You anxiously looked around for an exit until you hear a noise that almost sounded like a snipe shot. You were supposed to expect a bullet but it was water shooting towards the fire. You looked to see where it came from. It was a tall figure but it's in the shadows that you can't see it.
Then the figure began to walk towards the light.

He is tall with blue, white, and black skin. He has a long tail with a vale on his head with a membrane on his back. It looks like a veil. You looked closer to see a small baby blue knife hidden in his tail.
