I AWOKE WITH JOY which isn't very common with me I glanced at my clock to see I over slept I only had less than 20 minutes to get ready "OH SHIT" I cursed I went and took a quick shower and brushed my teeth.

About 15 minutes later I was already dressed and In the kitchen eating cereal my Momma came downstairs surprised to see I was already up "why are you up so early you usually sleep in till 2:00?"
She asked "I don't know today I just felt like waking up early" I said but before she could say anything else I heard someone ring the doorbell

"Oh that's for me I'll be on my way now bye love you mom" running to the door as I opened the door I saw those once again dazzling blue eyes "oh hi Devon!" I said while closing the door "Hey Persephone!" Devon said "soo where are we going?" I asked "um I don't know have anything in mind?"

"Oh yea there's this great burger spot not to far away!" I spoke up "ok great just give me the directions" Devon smiled

After a few minutes Devon's security guard dropped us off at the burger spot and we walked into the diner and the waitress gave us our table and menus

"What are you thinking of ordering?" Devon asked
"Um probably a cheese burger fries and a strawberry milkshake!" I responded "strawberry? Chocolate is way better" said Devon "ew chocolate is disgusting strawberry just tastes better" I spoke "alright you win" Devon laughed

After we had or conversation on which milkshake was better the waitress came to take our order "what would you love birds like?" The lady asked " uh I'll have a burger and fries with a strawberry milkshake" I replied "Ok and what would you like young man?"
The lady smiled "same thing but switch the strawberry milkshake with a chocolate one" Devon said while smirking at me

"Ok great the food is coming soon" the lady said
"Thank you" me and Devon said at the same time
After a few the waitress came back with our food
"Here you kids go enjoy!" She said. Me and Devon ate our food he gave the waitress the check and a tip and we left "so how did you like the food?" I asked "oh it was great probably the best burger I've ever had!" Devon stated "good I'm glad you liked it"
