Birds begin to chirp as the sunrise shows through the trees
"UP AND AT EM" you hear
"Quit that max..." Sam groans, rolling over on his side
Max groans, you then hear.... Reveille? In trumpet?
"IM UP!...I'm up!" You jolt up
"Always works-" max cackled, you groan "com'on big guy-" you nudge sam "fffffine..." he whines, sitting up.
"What are we gonna do about...the car?" You asked "walk-" Sam says, walk? What does he mean 'walk'?
"What?" You say "he said we w a l k" max says right in your ear "gah! I know what he said! But what do you mean?" You chuckle nervously at the end "I mean...that- we walk- to the next town for help-" Sam says
You shouldn't have agreed to go with them
Now you are walking on the side of the road, for hours- until you've made it to a small down "Glayson" you read a sign...what the hell is a glayson?
"Oh my god...it's an AMISH TOWNNNN" you groan with frustration "Fun!" Max smiled with delight "better than Nothin-" Sam shrugged, walking into town, you followed closely behind.
People gave you three strange looks
"We just...well...i don't know- these people don't do cars-" Sam says thinking, you sighed- looking up at some of the stores, noticing something "wagon-" you say "what..." Sam says
"Wagons!" You smiled "we can rent a wagon?" Max says "a wagon and driver it seems..." Sam says "and they can take us to an actual city!" You smiled more.
You three raced over, coming to a quick halt "uh- excuse me?" Sam says nervously to the couple of youngins in there....they seemed to be around your age. The young man turned "oh! Howdy outlanders!" He chuckled with a smile "what can I do ya strangers for?" He asked
Max clears his throat "well partner we needs ya kind folk to takein us donw to the nearest city of ya would kindly-" he says with his best accent...you couldn't tell what kinda offense this was but it had to be one of them. "Well sure thing! The names Cardlin!" Cardlin makes eye contact with you "well...I'll be what's a soft thing like you doing all the way out here?" He asked you, oh boy-
