A few weeks later.
Y/n’s POV
School will begin in a few days. The Madrigals and I haven’t seen each other since the night we slept in their Casita. But I heard nanay still visits them when she can.
Miguel also hasn't seen Antonio in a while, we’re both preparing ourselves for school. Today, nanay asked us if we could go around town and buy some of our school supplies that we were missing.
That includes; a dozen paint brushes, a few more notebooks, balls (they didn’t specify which kind.) , erasers and pens as extras. And other supplies.
“MIGUEL! TARA NA!!” I yelled from the door.
“Ito na, ate!!” he shouted back. He brought a bag to hold the things we’d buy. While I brought a small pouch to store the money we’d be spending.
I promised Nanay that we won’t spend a lot of money, since we only need the missing supplies needed for school and nothing else.
As Miguel and I walked around the market, his eyes got caught by toys or school supplies we didn't need.
“ATE!! DALI NA PLEASE. BILHAN MO NA AKO NITOO!” he whined, causing a scene in the market. “Miguel…” i warned, but instead of stopping he kept whining. I sighed in defeat. “Señor, one of these please.” I said pointing to the different colored clay Miguel whined about. “Gracias.” I thanked as he gave me the plastic. “Nope. you’re not getting this until we get home.” I grinned.
He tried to take the plastic from my hands, but with my telekinesis, I was faster, making it float. Now, it was not reachable for his tiny legs and short arms. I laughed and continued to tease him.

“3 dozen of these please.”
While she was counting, I didn't notice that Miguel left my sight. But how did I know he left? Well. I WAS TALKING TO NO ONE, i kept asking and asking but no one answered, people stared at me like I was some crazy teen talking to my freak’n self.
After I paid the seller, I quickly went out and looked everywhere for Miguel. ‘I swear, pag nakita ko yung bata na yon. Isusumbong ko kay nanay.’ I yelled in thought. Most of the bags I was carrying were floating around me.
“Miguel?” I yelled. “Hola señorita, have you seen a boy this tall and has a gift of speed?” I asked, gesturing my hand to signalize his height. “Lo siento, estimada. I haven’t seen him” I nodded and walked away.
In the distance, I saw Camilo playing with some kids. "Camilo! Hey!" I greeted. "Hola Hermosa !" One of the kids greeted me. "Hola, Y/n. Whatcha need?"
"Well, I sort of kinda Can't- find miguel.. and I don't think people understand my description of him."
He nodded and turned to the kids "mi amigos, I'll just help la bella dama and we'll continue playing once I get back yeah?"
The kids agreed and Camilo and I left to find Miguel.
"How did you even lose your hermano?" He asked, "I was buying some stuff for school. THEN while I was paying I didn't notice that he left my sight." I answered.
"That's some mischievous kid." Tell me about it..
We walked around town looking for Miguel, while Camilo asked around shifting into him. None of the townspeople know where he is.
So, with 0 luck. We decided to talk to Dolores. "Dolores! Dolores Hey!!" I yelled.
"Hola, Y/n. I already know why you're here. Miguel is.." she paused "he's by the river. Playing with the water." She informed me. "Oh! And Antonio is also there."

"Miguel! Gago kang bata ka. Bakit ka umalis sa tabi ko." I yelled, pitching him by the ear.
"Sorry na ate" he whined.
"Tara na nga." Before we left, I looked at Camilo "thanks for the help Camilo, even if it was kinda useless considering we asked Dolores at the end. But still, Gracias." I thanked him.
"Mapapagalitan nanaman tayo ni Nanay sa kagaguhan mo HAYS." I hissed at Miguel, while walking back to the house.
