The next day me and Marney we're talking and my phone went off. I went to check it and it was a text from Jesse.

Jesse: hey I'm gonna pick u up at 5 so be ready.

Me: ok luv 😘

Marney: why are u blushing? Who texted you?

Y/n: Jesse did and he wants to take me on a date!

Marney: omg no way that's awesome. Wht time tho?

Y/n: he said about 5

Marney: girl it's almost 4 go get ready!

Y/n: can you help me?

Marney: of course I was hoping you would ask. Let's go upstairs I have tons of sexy ass dresses.

I followed Marney upstairs basically running. She took me to her closet and picked the most gorgeous dress.

Thats your dress☝🏻☝🏻

Marney: holy shit you look so good!

Y/n: aww thanks bestie

Marney: ofc now let me do your makeup.

Y/n: go ahead.

Marney finished my makeup and put a pair of heels on and was already to go. It was now 4:55 and Jessie texted me.

Jesse: I'm out rn but I'll definitely be there at 5 so bring a jacket.

Me: ok.

There was a knock at the door and Marney opened up the door and Jesse walked in. I walked down he stairs and seen Jessie in a fancy black suit. His mouth opened wide as he saw me come down. I emailed and blushed as I approached him.

Jesse: fuck you look so beautiful

Y/n: and you look very handsome as well

He took my hand as we walked out of the door making out way to the elevator. As soon as the elevator doors closed Jessie grabbed me face and kissed me. We both pulled away and smiled at each other.

The elevator doors opened again and he was still holding my hand as we both walked out into his car.

Y/n: so where are we going?

Jesse: you'll see princess.

I looked at him and he smiled at me. After driving for a few Jesse put his hand on my thigh. He was also gliding his finger on the mark he had left with the knife last night.

Jesse: close your eyes I want it to be a surprise.

Y/n: why are you gonna kill me?

Jesse: maybe.
He said while laughing to himself.

I closed my eyes and Jesse opened my door and took my hand. We had made it over somewhere it was kinda chilling and it was dark. I was thinking we were outside. I was right he had a picnic right underneath the stars. It was going to be the perfect date I could feel it.

Y/n: Jesse did u set this up?
I asked shocked

Jesse: well of course princess who else would

Y/n: it's amazing and beautiful.

Jesse: just like you

I blushed at his words. He took my hand and we walked over to the blanket that was on the ground it was a very soft blanket with red hearts all over it. He had a picnic basket with a pie and lots of food inside. I felt like the most special girl in the world. It was amazing.

After we had eaten and talked for what seemed like hours, Jesse looked me in the eyes and we just stared at eachother in silence but was a good silence. His eyes were so beautiful I couldn't look away and that's when Jesse leaned in a kissed me. It wasn't like a regular kiss but a passionate one.

We got back in the car and on our way back home. When we got off the elevator some girl was at Jesse's door yelling. Jesse ran up to her and started yelling at her as well.

Jesse: what the fuck are you doing here Devon?

Devon: I'm back baby. Why weren't you answering me?

Y/n: wait aren't you his ex?

Devon: actually we never broke up and who the hell are you?

Y/n: no one.
I said looking down with tears in my eyes.

Jesse: Devin we broke up. You cheated on my remember?

Devon: baby it was an accident I was drunk. I'm sorry.
She said as she walked up to Jesse and kissed him. Unfortunately he kissed back.

I had so many thoughts in my head right now. I ran to my apartment crying. I went up to my bedroom and grabbed my stash of weed, my bowl, and my grinder. I started to grind the weed and putting it in the bowl. I need to get high to take my mind off of what the hell just happened. After I smoked the first bowl Marney walked in and sat down next to me.

Marney: pass it would ya.

Y/n: here.

Marney: you ok?

Y/n: I'm not sure

Marney: talk to me babe

I explained the whole situation to Marney and she was in shock. She said I deserved better then that. I agreed. Once I was finally stoned out of my mind. I just layed back with Marney talking about random shit.

I eventually fell asleep and had a dream about Jesse. He's everywhere I wish he would just leave me alone.
