smile
she smiles at me
god, how my heart jumps
i immediately smile back
my cheeks flush
i hope she can't tell that i'm blushing
it was one smile
one tiny smile
but it was for me
i see sprinkles of emotion in her eyes
i can't read what she's thinking
but i hope it's something good
her smile grows
and she ducks her head
as if she's blushing too
i stare straight ahead
the smile on my face large enough
to fill a whole nother world.
