╰┈➤A misunderstanding

October 30th

I've been following Takamichi and Chifuyu all day. They need to take a rest cause I'm tired. I hide behind a tree, trying my best to hear what they're saying. They continue to move until I see Baji hanging around on a balcony. Chifuya moves near to the tree I was hiding behind. It was almost as if my breathing got louder.

He turns around and we make eye contact. I wave at him "hi..."

"Who are you and why are easy dropping?" He demands crossing his arms. He doesn't remember I was there when Baji was beating him up.

"Ahhh" I play with my hair and give him an awkward smile.

"Y/n?" Takamichi calls out.

"You know her?"

"Yes, she's Draken Kun's girlfriend" he explained "Y/n what are you doing here?"

"I'm bored." I lie.

Chifuyu spoke up "You should leave it's dangerous over here."

"Um I own a pepper spray and I know self-defense I'll be fine." I protested "I have nothing to do."

'Hang out with Hina then." Takamichi replied.

"She's busy."

"Go see Draken kun then." He suggested.

"He's out of the hospital?"

"You haven't seen him since he got jumped?!" Takamichi screams.

I utter "Maybe...ok ok ok we got into a little 'disagreement' and after that, we haven't talked since. No biggie..."

Takamichi stares at Chifuyu to get his opinion. "You can join me Y/n I'm going to speak to Mikey, maybe Draken might be there."

Ok, I pray to God he's not there.

Chifuyu gives me a look and he whisper, "You were in the Valhalla hideout today."

My eyes open, Hamna is going to blame me regardless of if I mess up the task.

Takamichi goes and apologies to Mikey for Baji betraying them. It's kind of random that I'm standing there. I feel like I'm ruining the moment. Mikey's back was turned the whole time until he said my name. "Y/n where were you when Draken got jumped?"

"Home." I gulp if he wanna go at it, let me give myself a year of preparations.

"Why didn't you visit him in the Hospital, he got stabbed."

"To be honest I forgot." I admitted.

He clenched his fist. "Y/N!"

"Look that Peh Pah nigga got him jumped not me!" I walk away avoiding any more of his questions. Takamichi tells him goodbye and runs after me.

Hanma's plan is coming together. Dammit.

"Y/n"

"What."

"Did you-"

"No, I would never." I interrupted him. Then he confronts me "Why did you show up out of nowhere." My hand moved to my pepper spray bottle and then I pointed it to his eye. The substance squirts out and in no time Takamichi started screaming. I'm so sorry Hina.

"I'm really sorry I was so angry I wasn't thinking!" I try to pour water into his eye. "Oh my gosh, what did I do?" He lets out another scream.

"I know I know, I'm sorry."

Author note: let's pretend that Y/n got the pepper out of his eye and Y/n can't leave Takamichi alone because he can't see completely in his eye.

October 31st

"Why aren't you moving?" He asks.

"Um, it's going to be suspicious that I'm here. Go find Chifuyu and tell him you got something in your eye."

"Alright, you should go home then."

"Noooo I tryna see what happens."

*Few hours into the fight*

The fight is brutal. What is Takamichi doing, he just standing there? I signal for him to move out of the way cause this guy was running at him. Then he hits him and Takamichi stumbles to the guard.

It's obvious this nigga doesn't know how to fight.

Mitsuya comes to Takamichi aide, and he notices me " Y/N what are you doing here?"

"I- ah long story."

"Whatever...Takamichi what's the point of you coming here if you ain't gonna fight. You need to focus." He lectures him.

After Mitsuya says that Takamichi got that determined look in his eye. But then it disappears when people started surrounding us. " He starts to panic. I try to comfort him "It's going to be okay all you have to do is hit them." A guy attacks us and right before he could hurt us. Takamichi punches him in the guy's stomach. "Ok, I see you!" I wanted my moment, so I started spraying them with pepper spray and swiftly kicking them in their abnormal.

The circle started to break and soon Chifuya join us. No one notices me so that was good for the most part.

Those mfs were dropping dead near me, it was time to go. I was able to maneuver through the crowd without getting hurt.

I check my surroundings and there in front of me is Hanma. He had a smirk on his face. That's not good. THATSNOTGOOD! "Come here. ♡"

Oh no.

I walk over to him; he starts ugly joker laughing. I start laughing cause I know I'm done. "You were so close to finishing the task. I was rooting for you."

"What do you mean?" I point to Takamichi "you see his left eye, that was me."

He chuckles "He's still here, I told you to make sure he doesn't come here today." He holds me tightly "When Kakutora gets to the highest car pile, you attack Draken with a switchblade."

He leaves me and starts to taunt his opponent "WHAT'S WRONG DRAKEN? COME AT ME!"

I look away hoping he won't recognize me, Takamichi takes everyone's attention. He gives a little speech.

Draken and Hanma go at it. The way how their fighting is turning me off. Imma leave I can't take the violence anymore.

Self-consciously I turn my head and Hanma's lip curls as he hears Mikey drop. "Show time bitch."

My steps grow heavy, my whole body slows down. The sound of Draken's voice startled me, and the way he said Mikey's name bother me.

"You're playing with me remember?" He says kicking him. Taking the opportunity, I swing the blade. There is barely any space between us. His pupils grow and he jumps back. "Y/n?"

"He made me do it." I frown.

Hanma gushes "That swing...You should have been the one to jump Draken I would have saved some members. ♡"

He knew exactly what he was doing, and he was getting a kick out of it too. "You gave me some effort. So run along home now." He kisses me "I'll call you later." I could see the hurt in Draken's eyes. His look alone made me ashamed. "I'm sorry..."

Author note: I just realized Hanma doesn't have glasses until he gets older.
