"Alright fellas, that's all for tonight! I'm tired, let's continue tomorrow?" Ashton asks.

We have been practicing for almost 4 hours straight. Of fcking course we're tired. I can't help myself but think about what happened earlier.

Why'd she leave? What happened? Is she okay?

She just gets more mysterious and she leaves me hanging every time. She was always something of an enigma to everyone, since she's a new student while most of us here spent 5 or more years.

After what happened, It just makes me want to solve her riddle.

Who is she behind this mysterious girl?

"Cal, we're going. You coming or what?" Michael and Luke asks, fixing their guitars with care. As if their life depended on it.

"Yeah, I'm coming. Let me get my stuff, alright?" I walk to my guitar and pick it up. Something caught my eye before I even stood up and leave.

It was a shiny, gold hair pin. Wait, Ashton wears hair pins?! Well, his hair is kinda long but, this one's not just a hair pin. It has a leafy design shit. I look at it again on my hands and I remember.

Emerald.

Dammit, Calum. Of course it was emerald's pin! I have to return this to her as soon as possible. Maybe she needs it? Or she could've been looking for it? Nah, I just want to see her again.

My questions are left unanswered.

"I'm going to go guys, see you tomorrow." I yell as I walk out of Ashton's house. It's pretty dark outside, I wonder if she's asleep already? Well, it's only 10pm but there's tons of things she could have been doing.

I quicken up my pace, deciding to just give back her lost golden pin.
