Classroom of the Elite / Ayanokoji in class B

Chapter 6

I was listening to "Moonlight Sonata" by Beethoven before class, attempting to grasp and analyze the thoughts I had yesterday. Class finally begins.

Class is as usual, boring.

I ponder in my thoughts and draw Albert hitting the Woo. It surprisingly didn't turn out terribly. At least considering the fact that drawing/sketching wasn't a part of the White Room curriculum.

Classes went as normal until lunch time, so I decided to head to the student council to eat lunch. I decided against going into my own office and decided to go to the main office.

In the office I saw Tachibana-senpai attempt to feed Manabu. After seeing such a gruesome scene, I decided to do something. I decided it's time to take action.

So I decided to head into my own office to eat lunch.

My office is very spacious. It was basically the size of a classroom and I had it all for myself.

I decided to dig in not until I heard a few knocks at the door.

Although it is written that it is a student council office, it has my name on it and I would see no reason as to why people would go to a rookie student council member rather than someone who's a 2nd or 3rd year.

I won't question their decision as I decided to find out who knocked.

Hopefully I'm not in danger.

Pfft, that's impossible, I am the danger.

Ayanokoji: "Who's there and state your business."

Manabu: "It's me, Ayanokoji-kun." Says in a slightly weird tone.

Something's off.

I open the door for him and he enters in a weird demeanor. He was serious, yet not the normal Manabu I know. He's rather shy?

Ayanokoji: "Would you prefer tea or coffee?"

Manabu: "Neither, this won't take much of your time. Basically I want some advice on relationships." He says while fidgeting his index fingers.

Who is this guy? What multiverse did I get myself into, this isn't funny. Maybe it's 'April fools' or perhaps someone is pretending to be him?

Manabu: "You thought of something mean didn't you?"

Since when were Horikitas a family of telepaths?

Ayanokoji: "I'll be honest to you Manabu, I cannot be of assistance. I know, I know, I'm dishonoring the title of Vice-president, but I simply lack the know-how and experience when it comes to relationships. Although I'm not going to lie to you, Tachibana-senpai seems pretty head-over-heels in love with you Manabu, if you just confessed, the matter would end.

Manabu: "Hold on, hold on, I was going to talk about something else relating to my sister is the first thing."

So the telepathy power is something only a pure-blood Horikita can wield? Is incest really okay?

Manabu: "Let me clear something up, I didn't mean intimidatingly, I meant it along the lines of me not being able to get along with her."

Phew, at least that clears that.

Ayanokoji: "Well, the best way is to just be honest to each other and let each other know what your problem is with one another? I sadly don't have a brother or sister, but if I did I'd probably try to cherish them. Family goes beyond friendships and such, but it can also be the opposite given the circumstances. What causes the rift in your relationship Manabu?"
