My little abomination~

Chapter 1; The arm.

After the divorce, Alador couldn't help but find himself alone. He was contemplating his existence, his job, his everything. His job was the only thing that could keep him busy. He worked relentlessly, day and night. In all, every week he worked 105 hours ( 15 hours a day ). Alador would snap out of his self-pity, then reluctantly get out of bed, put on his clothes, then go outside. Today he needed to get groceries.

On his way to the grocery store, he would find himself lost in thought. Something he constantly did, and a habit he doubted he'd break. While zoning out, he'd slam into someone. With a grunt, he'd fall to the floor. "Oh. It's you." A familiar voice would say. "Maybe get your head out of the clouds, and then you'd see where you're going." "Not now, Darius." Alador would reply. He'd then stand up, not caring to brush the dirt off himself. "Slob," Darius mumbled, looking Alador up and down with a snarl. "Where's Odalia? She decided to send your scrawny ass to the store?" Alador would grimmise, and avoid eye contact. "Oh?"Darius would furrow his eyebrows.

"Alador?" Darius asked. Alador looked back at Darius. "Oh. I get it.." Darius smirked. "Odalia decided you were a hack and left you!" Alador looked at Darius, his face getting hot. "C'mon Allie, I was just kidding.." Darius rolled his eyes, but Alador didn't get any better. He got worse, his eyes glassing over a bit. Darius would grow concerned, but not say anything to comfort the wizard.

Without warning, the smaller would put on his goggles and storm past the Coven head. "I didn't mean it!" Darius would follow Alador, getting angrier. Alador would simply put his hand up, as a signal for the Coven head to go away. However, without hesitation, the taller grabbed Alador's wrist, squeezing it tight. "Listen to me, dammit!" Darius yelled. The witch had a pained expression, and then suddenly yelped. "You WILL respect me!" He squeezed tighter, the smaller wincing. "I am your supreme! So stop being a Titan." Tighter. "Damn." Tighter. "STUCK-UP FAILURE OF AN ABOMINATION STUDY." Darius, fueled with anger, didn't care to notice that he was hurting Alador. Until suddenly, he heard a shriek, and then a wet-sounding crack.
