"I really am," Alador said, proceeding by him closing the door. He couldn't believe he'd just ruined his shot. He didn't even think he had one. As he walked out, he heard glass shatter, followed by a scream. He couldn't be bothered. Although he didn't want to be like that, he couldn't stand falling back in love with Darius. Just like when they were in Hexide. He didn't want to think about Darius' genuine smile, soft face, or name. He wanted so badly to turn back and help, but he felt as if he couldn't turn back.

Alador walked all the way home, rubbing his wrist. It healed fully, the bandages were enchanted with healing magic. Opening the door, he'd sigh. He couldn't help but collapse onto the couch, spiraling deep into his thoughts. Eventually, he would turn to his side, watching a crystal ball. It was on a news channel that talked about Luz Noceda defeating the Collector and freeing the Boiling Isles. He rolled his eyes, and before long he'd fall asleep.

He awoke the following day to a loud knocking on his door. "Alador!" A familiar voice said. He rolled his eyes and got up. "What, Darius?" He asked, behind the closed door. "We need to talk." Alador opened the door, pissed. "What, so you can say you don't like me like that? I can't blame you, I'd-" a swift smack cut off Alador. "What were you thinking!?" Darius yelled. Alador put his hand over the area he hit, his eyes wide.

"Wh-" Alador started, before he felt Darius' hands on his cheeks, pulling him close. "I can't stand being without you, Alador." He spilled, a mix of relief and sadness on his face. Alador's eyes would shine, then he'd softly laugh. "I'm glad you feel that way.." He said, putting one of his hands over Darius'. "I love you too, Darius." The witch said, his tone loving and gentle. The coven head's gaze grew soft as his face drew closer to the creator. Without warning, Alador quickly moved forward, kissing Darius. The Coven head pulled away and hugged him, laughing. "Alador, I need to tell you something." He said. "Ask away!" Alador said, excited. "This isn't real," Darius softly mumbled.

And then he woke up.
