She finally processed what had happened when they were all sitting on Nancy's bed. Jonathan had a blanket wrapped around her with his arm around her shoulder while the other handed her a tissue for her bleeding nose. Nancy was warming up some pajamas in the dryer for her.

"I saw it." It was the first thing she said since she came back from wherever she was.

"What? What did you see?"

"The thing. The thing your mom saw. I saw it." Nancy came back in with warm clothes sitting beside Jonathan. "It chased me." Her jaw quivered as the memory replayed in her head.

"Allison." Nancy started slowly. "You can shower if you want."

Al nodded slowly.

The water felt amazing on her skin but every time she closed her eyes she saw the creature, the thing chasing her.

Coming back to Nancy's room. Jonathan and Nancy were setting up two makeshift beds on the floor. They stopped when she came back in. She was wearing one of Nancy's old pajama sets.

"Better?"

She didn't say anything, she just sat down on one of the sleeping bags.

"No, Al, you can sleep in my bed." Nancy reached her hand out and Al took it, allowing Nancy to help her stand and lead her to the bed.

"Can- can you guys come up here? I don't wanna be alone right now." She didn't let go of Nancy's hand she actually held it a little tighter.

"Of course." Al slid into the middle of the bed and Nance laid down on her left and Jonathan on her right.

"Lights off or-" Nancy began reaching for the light.

"On." She spoke so quietly she wasn't sure if Nancy heard her, she did, putting her hand down.

"It can't get us in here." Jonathan said, rolling over to look at her.

"We don't know that."

She didn't sleep that entire night. Every time she closed her eyes, it was there. Watching her.

When Nancy and Jonathan woke up she was sitting up drawing in a notebook she'd found behind Nancy's bed.

"Couldn't sleep?" Jonathan asked groggily. She shook her head. Nancy put her hand on her back.

"Everytime I close my eyes I see it. I keep thinking about it, it took the deer to its place to eat. Barb cut her hand on the can at the party so that might've drawn it to her, like a shark, and Will, he might've fallen off his bike, so maybe, it's attracted to blood. Meaning, we could try to lure it out."

"You want to go back there?" Jonathan asked bewildered.

"I need to find them Jonathan." She stared at him in a way she never looked at anyone before. "He's my brother too and Barb, she was one of the only ones there for me at all. I'm bringing them home." While she spoke she just stared at the drawing she worked on all night.

The Demogorgon.

As the unlikely team began loading the supply's they'd bought at the local hunting store into the trunk of Jonathan's car to do what Nancy called, 'Monster Hunting'. A realization occurred to Allison.

"To think, last week at this time I was playing Dungeons and Dragons at the high school and we were about to beat this crazy boss Eddie made, and here I am now, monster hunting," She picked up the bear trap they'd bought. "with the town princess," Nancy shoved her playfully. "and my estranged brother."
