[3rd Person POV]

After the end of the 4th Class Trial, Monokuma granted the remaining survivors access to the 5th floor. Another level-up.

It has happened so many times that the students have grown accustomed to it, while it is an unpleasant feeling to have, it is necessary in order to survive this place.

And while ignoring those emotions, the students proceeded to explore the 5th Floor.

And after exploration, the survivors gathered at the cafeteria, with Togami taking the lead, fitting his title as the Ultimate Heir.

"Okay, looks like everyone's here. Let's hear your reports."

"Asahinacchi and I checked out the botanical garden. We found a massive flower, the likes which I've never seen before, but unfortunately, no exit."
Hagakure started.

"Despite it being a botanical garden, there was also a chicken coop. There were 5 chickens in total. The only other thing that stood out to me was the storage shed."
Asahina finished up the report.

"What about you, Togamicchi?"

"I couldn't find any staircases going up. Looks like this building only had 5 floors. Also, I found a rather interesting classroom. It was teeming with the smell of blood and fat. I suspect a bunch of people died there."
The heir reported.

This report piqued the Information Broker's interest, he was sitting nearby Kirigiri Kyoko who was quiet the entire time.

And after reactions from Asahina and Hagakure, Togami continued.

"Remember what Alter Ego mentioned? “The Biggest, Most Atrocious Despair-Inducing Incident in Human History” That may be where it took place."

Then the heir pointed to Y/N.

"You. What is your take on it?"

This surprised the broker, Togami had never attempted to see his input on anything as the tension between them has always been high ever since the Killing School Life started, so something like this was out of the ordinary.

"Err... Creating a Despair-Inducing event inside what's literally called Hope's Peak Academy... Yeah, I can see why it could've taken place there. Despairs as of late have been pure irony."
Y/N answered without taking the time to think.

"I'll try to figure out what happened in that classroom."
Kirigiri suddenly spoke up.

"Again? You always go off on your own at such crucial times. Where were you when the Yamada-Celes, and Ogami incidents happened? Isn't about time you told us?"
Togami questioned the lavender-haired girl, with a small amount of concern and suspicion on his face as an expression.

Y/N understood where Togami was coming from, Kirigiri's actions can definitely amount suspicion, and if Y/N didn't know any better, he would've probably been paranoid about it.

"About...?"

"Who you are. Who exactly are you, Kirigiri Kyoko? Well?"

"I can't say. I don't... remember."
The girl admitted

"You can't say? What the heck's that? What do you mean, “you don't remember”?"
Fukawa's suspicions were warranted due to the situation they're in.

"Shut up, Fukawa. And do something about your bad breath."
The heir told off the bookworm, causing said bookworm to panic and cover her mouth, then he continued to talk to Kirigiri.

"Amnesia? What a laughably unlaughable joke. Do you really expect us to believe you?"

Y/N slowly stood up from his seat after that statement, Togami took notice and paid attention to what the broker might do instead.
