I was sitting in the back of the car, listening to music while looking out the window, watching the beautiful sun, set slowly. I didn't even realize it but I fell asleep until my mother woke me up, she tapped my shoulder gently, to not scare me."Come on sweetie we are here," My mother breathed out, with a soft smile on her face.
"Alright, I'm coming," I uttered as I stretched still attached to the seatbelt. I unbelted the seat belt and got out of the car, I stood there observing the neighborhood. It was quite nice.
"Sweetie do you mind." My father stopped for a moment, to take a breath. "Help us, please. There is so much to do." He continued. He gave me a soft smile.
"Of course dad, I'll help," I smiled back at him as I walked over to the trunk and grabbed my stuff, I took a moment to look at the house, it was a marvelous home.
"Hm not too bad dad," I joked as my eyes went off the house to meet my fathers.
"See! It's not too bad Lauren," my father giggled looking at my mother.
"I didn't say anything David," my mother looked straight into my fathers eyes, she wanted to murder him. I laughed, she looked at me and I stopped, I love my parents I love how they always joke around.
"Alright, im gonna go before you murder me with dad," I said jokingly, as I walked inside, my mouth opened in shock of its beauty, it was even nicer in the inside.
I went upstairs and found my room, the furniture was already placed, I put my bags on my bed and went downstairs to get the boxes where my stuff were. I looked for a big box that had "Andrea" written on it, few seconds later and I found it. It wasn't really that heavy so I could pick it up. I pick up the non-heavy big box and took it my room, I opened it and grabbed my books, decorations etc.
I checked the clock, it was 9:40pm, god I'm so tired. I haven't even changed well I'll take a shower. Before mom finishes dinner.
"ANDREA DINNER!," I could hear my mother scream from the kitchen.
I got out of the bathroom and went downstairs, to the dinner table. I took a seat, and so did my parents.
"You know, I met the neighbors that live next to us, they've invited us for dinner tomorrow" my father spoke as he started to dive into food.
"Oh well, that's amazing!" My mother swallowed the food before speaking.
After dinner, I've helped my mother with the dishes, and my father went fixing some stuff in the garage. I went to my bedroom, and got ready for bed.
