Colby's pov:

As i kept hearing beeping, i heard a low voice talking "Hey Colby, it's Sam. I'm here." I heard the voice say so i assume it was Sam. It felt like years until.

I felt a hand squeezing mine. I kept hearing this voice. But i kinda liked it because i was in this very dark place. It squeezed a little harder. I woke up slightly but fell asleep again. It was still very dark.

-Flashback-

I was sitting on my beanie bag in my room and texting my old friend Shea. My dad came into the room barging the door open. He hit me with he's belt. It hurts like hell. Why does he do this all the time? I don't know.

I ended up in the hospital at the time also.

-Flashback ends-

-time skip 2 days-

I woke up again panting for breath. I saw Sam, holding onto my hand really tight. He stood up hugging me "What happened Sam?" i asked as i began to cry "You we're in a coma for about two days Colby." he responded releasing from the hug "What?" i said as i looked down at my hands, just staring blankly down at them "Well the good thing is you're awak now." he said kissing my cheek "Why did you just kiss me?" i asked as he leaned back in the chair, and i blushed "Because you seem like you needed one." He said staring at me.

(Sam's pov)

I got a text from my best friend Kat.

From Bestie: Hi where are you Sammy?🤍

To Bestie: Hi Kat I'm at the hospital. Don't worry🤍

From Bestie: wait what happened?!

To Bestie: Well Colby is in the hospital im just visiting

From Bestie: Ok- wait who is Colby?

To Bestie: He's my new friend, maybe more than friends i feel like he likes me back🤗

*yes i told her that i'm bi a long time ago*

From Bestie: Well I hope he likes you back. I will kick his ass if he does not respect you🤍

To Bestie: I hope🙏🤍

"Who is that?" Colby asked as he grabbed my hand "It's just Katrina my friend." I said as I turned off my phone.

"Can we go home?" He asked looking at me with sad eyes "no not yet. We haven't been updated for the nurses in a while." I said as he fiddle with his finger tips.

I saw the door open. A nurse came in and started talking "Hello Mr. Brock how are you?" A nurse lady asked standing with some papers "I'm doing fine but it hurts a little in my side." He said making me worried "this is nothing to worry about. Here is some papers." She said as Colby kept whining.

"ple-please help m-me. It hurts so f-fuc-fucking much!" He yelled getting all red "please help him." I said as she came closer and checked he's pulse. And then she called a doctor "what is happening?" I asked worried "he's heart has stopped I'll call a doctor." She said making me cry. I saw multiple doctors coming into the room. "Let's give him CPR." A doctor said.
