Well in my au, Richard is an asshole to Walten, mostly because Walten lives in the base and he used to own a room but he didn't have money for rent or just anything so Richard is basically pissed off that he won't do anything and just finds him annoying
also they knew each other as kids and he bullied him for being basically different, since Richard was more wealthy and had a family that loved him while Walten had nothing- he finds it annoying how Walten "acts like hes special"
basically he will get irritated by the look of him or just hearing his name
also Richard was a spoiled brat and is just an asshole in general (don't worry he'll change)
