-+-The medium sized crowd cheered as the band played a cover of 'California Dreamer', the Hellhounds popular for their song covers and original songs. They often played thier cover of California Dreamer for their fans as it was one of their favorites, especially the favorite of a friend of Cerby's, Billy Hargrove. Cerby being the main guitarist/singer, Chance the bassist and backup singer, Choker the Drummer, and Chalice the backup guitarist.-+-
-+-The band never got huge crowds but they were pretty decently sized, they never got common repetitive fans except some kid who always wore flannel and some kid with buzzed hair who always wore a leather jacket and a denim jacket. Chance always bet that the kid with buzzed hair would melt in the heat, its California for Christ sake, the band never really understood how he survived wearing what he wore. Unfortunately those kids soon stopped showing up, and eventually Cerby had to move away to Hawkins, Indiana. The band broke up after an argument, Cerby however promised to his friend Billy that they would meet up again someday, they both swore to it.-+-

-+-I woke up to being shook awake by a startled Eddie.-+- "God damnit man you basically went into a comma, you must have been tired as hell or something. Whatever grab your guitar we gotta go now-" -+-Eddie frantically spat out, I looked out the window to see darkness.-+-
"The hell do you mean it's midn-" -+-Eddie hushed me and put a finger against my lips, quickly glancing around the shack.-+-
"C'mon be quiet, get your guitar in the boat-" -+-I didn't question it and grabbed my guitar and got into the boat with it. Eddie untied the rope holding the boat in it's place then got in with an oar, we got the boat into the lake and he tried to start the engine, huge mistake.-+-
"Hey freak!" -+-Me and Eddie turned to see who had yelled, Jason, the fucking pig. Eddie immediately grabbed an oar and started paddling, Jason and his friends dived into the lake and were now swimming towards us really fast. But suddenly one boy was dragged under water, Eddie stopped rowing and Jason just looked around confused. Suddenly the boy flew up in the air, his bones started to snap. Just like how Eddie had described, the boy fell back into the lake. And Eddie fell out of the boat, I quickly rushed to get him back into the boat. I got him in and grabbed the oar he had been using and quickly steered is away from the petrifying scene.-+-

-+-We sat in silence, Eddie had stolen a walkie from a construction site and was trying to get into contact with Dustin. I didn't say a world the entire time, my face was drained of any emotion besides terror and confusion. It's like I had a trauma checklist,
dad disappears..check....
get drugged by Russian spies..check....
watch your friend die in your arms..check....
watch someone you hardly know float into the sky and all their bones snap..check....
What next, was I next? What if that's gonna happen to me, or Dustin....Max...Robin...Steve.. Lucas....Mike- And Eddie...what about Eddie what if these deaths are just Vecna threatening him. -+-
-+-I was snapped out of my thoughts by a hug, a hug...I sat frozen..but eventually gave into the hug. We both released from the hug and just sat there, just pure eye contact. I eventually looked away, confused and blushing. Why the hell was my stomach fluttery...I looked back up to be met with Eddie, closer than before.-+-
-+-I hyperventilated and looked away....am I fucking attracted to this rat boy-??? Soon the sound of foot steps was heard, me and Eddie looked up to the noise.-+- "Harrington!" -+-I got up and ran up to him, basically jumping at him. Out of the corner of my eye was Eddie, a jealous look painted on his face.-+-
"Dip shit!" -+-I parted from Steve and I ran up to Dustin, giving him a noogie on his head.-+-
"Oh thank youuu.....ROBIN-" -+-Before I could attack Robin with a hug Dustin interrupted me.-+-
"We think we know what's going on...and how to prevent it...but there's something I have to tell you." -+-He looked at Max then to me, he wasn't happy at all.-+-
