Alex's Party

Jacob's POV

"Come on bro hurry up!" I shouted at Xolo being so slow. Its been 30mins and he is still upstairs.

Peyton's waiting. We're going to pick her up, well yeah i insisted to pick her up. Its one of my moves.. of course i made an alibi, she will drive us home when Xo and I got drunk.

"Lets go lets go" He said running and shuts the door on me.

I chuckled and shooked my head. Oh this guy.

"What took you so long?" I asked when i'm about to drive.

"I'm didnt take long, you're just excited to see Peyton so you thought im being slow" He said and chuckles.

Well...

"See? Anyway is Mary and Tanner coming?" He asked. Shoot. Almost forgot.

"Uhh the thing is.. they are out of town, forgot to tell you bro"

I heard him sigh. This isn't just a party party, this is a celebration of them accomplishing something, wrapping their movie. I know this means a lot to Xolo but that 2 has their own world so yeah.

"We're here, call her" I stopped the car and park, Xolo rang Peyton's phone then she came out.

Wow.

Xolo's POV

When Peyton came out, i looked at Jacob and as usual, his jaw dropped. I can't help but laughed.

"What's funny Xolito and Jacob you're drooling" Peyton asked and rolled her eyes and chuckled

I chuckled too and snapped my fingers to him.

"Yeah yeah im ready" He said and drove.

"You're drooling man" I whispered at him and he flipped on me.

I heard Peyton at the back trying not to laugh but i did not just that loud.

My brother is totally in love. He's been in love with her for years. What is he so afraid of? I'll tell you, he's afraid to lose the friendship when things don't work out the way they supposed to. I understand him, look what happened to me and Hannah. Yes we're still friends but its not the same anymore.

Speaking of.. we're here at Lex's and saw her from afar with Charlie.

"I'm gonna find Lex first" I told them. Jacob tapped my back, Peyton smiled at me and they left.

I was walking towards him and the others when he saw me and hugged me. He's a hugger yes.

"You made itttt and thanks for inviting your friends." He said

I chuckled. "That's alright. Where's maia anyway?"

"At the bar. Come on" He said and i followed him

"Maiii" Alex said
"Heyyya sis" I said when we're behind her

"Hey you guys!" She said and hugged us

Oh she's drunk already? While she's hugging us i looked at Alex and he just shrugged.

"How long is she here?" I asked
"Since 6pm" He said

What?

When i felt her about to throw i let her go and gave her to Alex.

"This is you place, you take care of her" I said
"But this is our party so we take care of her" He said

He's right. I looked at Maia and she's about to throw up again. "Sorry man" I said and walked

"XOLO!!!" He shouted and i waved at him then chuckled

He shooked his head and helped Maia upstairs. He cam handle her. If i know he really needs help, i will help, but Maia's a small bean so i know he can talk her.

I talked to some people, and after a few minutes i got bored and went to the bar to drink. I looked at Jacob and Peyton hanging, laughing together. Cant help but smile, those 2 really needs to tell their feelings, someone needs to step forward and confess. I shooked my head, chuckled and drinks. Then i looked to my right, seeing Hannah and Charlie.. i dont know. It feels weird. Not that i haven't moved on, i do. I think? Its just that he's the first guy she dated after we broke up. Maybe its a serious thing. I dont know.. I-

"You keep on looking at them, they will melt." I heard a woman's voice beside me then i looked

"Your ex?" She asked

"Yeah" I said.

She smiled and nodded. "I know. Since you left the show, its not the same. Anyway, I'm Maddison"

I chuckled. "Yeah i know you. Nic-" before i could finish someone stood between us

"Ugh Mads someone just spilled on my dr- ohhh" She stopped talking when she realised that Maddison is giving her a 'im-talking-to-someone-look' then she looks at me

"YOU?" We both said

"You 2 knew each other?" Maddison asked

"No" We both said

"But you've seen each other on shows? Magz?" She asked

"No" We both said again

"Then-"

"I need water. You're gonna pay" Alex showed up pointing at me breathless and grabbed the water his bartender gave him. I chuckled.

"Lex?" Maddison and the other woman said. Then he looked at them.

"Heyyyy you made it" He said and hugged them

"Ew why are you sweaty" The other woman said

I scoffed.

"Do you have a problem?" She said.

"No. Not at all" I sarcastically said.

Alex looked at me and Her.

"Oh sorry. Bro this is Bruna Rei and Maddison. And girls this is Xolo" Lex said

"We've met. So you're THE Maddison" I said looking at Maddison and back to Alex. He gave me the look.

"I guess i am." She said and chuckles

"Wait what do you mean you've met?" He asked

"Just now. Also here" I said

"And bru?" He asked

"Nope. Just now" She said.

Maddison whispered at Alex and about to leave.

"Hey!" We both said

"Gonna entertain our guests!" Alex said and they left

After they left, it was a moment of awkward silence..

"If i didnt know better, i'd think you're stalking me" She said

I almost choked. "I dont even know you why would i stalk you and why would i wanna stalk you"

She scoffed "You? Dont know me? What are you? Living in the caves?"

Wha- I dont know what to say. I really haven't seen her before except for our encounters.

"Whatever. Enjoy yourself here" She said and left me speechless.
