"Mum." Aniyah knocks on her bathroom door. "There's two bathrooms in this apartment, why are you using mine?"

"Your sister in the other, I'll be out in a second."

"You guys need to find a hotel to stay in, my place might be comfortable but I have no space. I can't house 5 other people when this apartment is meant for 3 maximum." Aniyah explains to her through the door.

Her mother comes out of the bathroom, wiping her hands on her pants and trailing off into the living room. Aniyah jumps into the shower after brushing her teeth.

After she's changed and eaten she says goodbye to her family and makes her way to work. Instead of driving, she walks over to the building.

She presses the 38th floor, walking to her shared office space. Setting her bag on the floor she takes out a few things and sets her desk up, feeling more comfortable with her equipment and water bottle. Signing into the computer, she begins her work.

"Heyy." Aniyah hears from behind her. Turning around, she sees Luca leaning against her wall divider.

"Oh, Luca. Hi."

"Come on, haven't you been working for like 6 straight hours?" He holds his hand out to her.

"With bathroom breaks, yes. I was just about to go home, it's already 7." She takes his hand, standing up. "Where are we going?"

"Somewhere special." Leading her into the lift he clicks the top floor. "I'm bored."

"If you don't work here then why are you here all the time?" She questions him. "Go do something fun if you're so bored."

"I live locally because of my wife and kids, plus work hasn't been demanding, why not come here?" Opening the doors to a large office he ushers her in, closing the door behind him and sitting on the desk. "This is my... friend's office."

"So your friend is the boss? Like the actual owner or CEO? Cuz I thought the actual owners didn't have offices in one of the buildings."

"He moves from Italy to the UK quite a lot and likes to stay around here, no it isn't weird that he has an office here."

Standing awkwardly in the middle of the room, Aniyah looks around. "Why are we here in the first place?"

"I told you I was going to show you something special."

"Show me."

Pointing to the window that's acting as the wall of the building she walks over, looking down at the city. "Now if you see this at night."

"Which you never will." A deep voice interrupts him. "What are you doing in here?"

Aniyah spins around, startled by the sudden voice.

"You have a wife, brother."

"I'm loyal, you know that. Who's to say she doesn't have someone?" Luca smirks down at her. Shaking her head, he shrugs. "Where have you been?"

"Business." He shoves Luca and holds his hand out for Aniyah to shake. "Hello."

"Hi." She grasps his hand, shaking it firmly. "I'm Aniyah."

"Angelo." He averts his attention away from Aniyah and to Luca. "Tell me why she's in my office."

"She's my best friend." He drapes an arm over her shoulder. "My work best friend."

"She can't be your work best friend if you don't work here."

"I suppose I should get going." She picks Luca's arm from around her shoulder and sets it by his side.
