Jasmine's Pov:
(flashback)
"Where were you?" My sister Tanya asked, "Oh, a nerd just got on my nerves. I teached her a lesson" I replied, "Oh, you mean the blonde one?" She added, "Yeah." I answered, there was a moment of silence for a few seconds, "I bet you can't make that girl fall for you." she said with confidence, "I can make everybody fall for me, give me a month" I replied boldly, she just chuckled at my boldness, "Then, I dare you to make that nerd fall for you. You have a month." She replied, then left.
(Present)
I was walking home thinking about what happened, how can I make this nerd fall for me?
I opened the door and saw my parents looking at me with disappointment, "Oh, hey mom and dad." I said slightly shocked, "The principle called." they said out of the blue, "You are falling behind all of your classes." they added clearly disappointed, "Okay.. so?" I answered confused,
"We are gonna find you a tutor." they said unexpectedly, "What? You can't do that!" I shouted,
"Oh, yes we can. The principle recommended that someone your age should tutor you."
They replied, "So, we picked the top student of your class." Wait top student? isn't that-
"Her name's Kaylee Mayfield."
(time skip)
Kaylee's Pov:
Ring
The bell ringed meaning it's time to go to class, I got my books and went to class.
I went to the back of the class and sat at my chair, "Kaylee, the principle would like to see you."
the teacher said seriously, huh me? why?
I stood up and went to the principles office.
"Hey, Kaylee how are you?" The principle greeted, "Fine, did I do something? Why am I here?"
I asked confused, "You know Jasmine right?" I nodded as a answer, "She's failing all her classes,
and she needs a tutor" He said while looking at me, "Since you are our top student, her parents want you to tutor her." I was shocked, "No, sir it can't be me, why not pick someone else?" I denied, "Oh, don't worry, they're gonna pay you." that caught my attention, "How much?" I replied with hesitation, "100/month" there was a moment of silence,
"When do I start?"
