{Part III of III}

Days went by so fast and the full moon festival is about to come... All the people of the Kingdom are busy either with the preparation or with their work that they didn't realize what was about to happen...

The weather is kinda chilly that day as the sun is hiding behind the huge dark clouds, signalling that it will might rain soon... Jimin and his noona were busy decorating the gibang with flowers and lanterns when a group of bandits suddenly interrupt their peaceful day... All of the kisaengs were so scared upon seeing them intruding the entire gibang... Jimin tries to find a blind spot to escape and ask for help, yet the bandits planned it well and closed all the entryways...

Their leader seems to know everything about the gibang, which made them even more anxious... Seo Hee quickly embrace Jimin as she hide him behind her... She then gave the younger a small dagger soaked in poison to be able to take some of the bandits down and escape... The young boy is crying, knowing fully that if he leave that place, he may not be able to see his noonas alive again... So he tried to refuse her, reasoning that he can't fight those men... But Seo Hee is desperate... She wants to free Jimin from this fate... He is too young to die, and she knows how in love he is to Warrior Jeon, so this is what the best for him...

"If I told you to run, you should run, do you understand me?" Seo Hee instructed. "Never look back Min... Go find Warrior Jeon and ask him to take you... Live your life with him, cause that's what the best for you..."

Jimin is crying, too stunned to move, when his noona took the dagger and stabbed one of the bandits on his nape, struggling to pull it back and kill more of them... The other kisaengs also help Seo Hee, as they tried to fight the cruel men that intrude their home... Jimin took it as an opportunity to escape, crying and mourning in between... He then went to the nearest palace guards and report about what happened to his home... Most of them didn't believe him, as he is just a lowly male kisaeng... Two of them even tried to touch him, yet Royal Warrior Kim arrived the Kingdom after winning a war on the North border of their land...

"Is that how you treat a poor kid asking for help?" Warrior Kim's voice boomed at the empty courthouse. "Leave him alone if you want to keep your position in this kingdom, cause I won't hesitate to report you to the head guard and punish you to death..."

Jimin only sniffles, too afraid to even look up to the said man... He didn't want to offend anyone in the position, so he bowed his head and cries. "M-my Lord... Please forgive this lowly servant from being here... But right now, the gibang I'm working on is being captured by the South bandits and my noonas!" He trembles. "T-they might kill my family... Please save them... Please save your servants my Lord! I'm begging you..."

Warrior Kim felt a pang in his chest in seeing the young kisaeng bow down as he beg for the lives of other people... His voice sound so broken, with a splatter of blood on the lining of his clothes... He looks devastated, as if death is chasing him....
