Chapter 3

Annabelle's POV

It's been almost a month since camp. I really miss everyone. I mean, I can't even go see them. I live in Daytona Beach. Everyone else is hours away. I pray everyday that I can see them soon.

I've been doing alot better. I got over Danny, my grades are back up. Homeschool sucks though. Mainly cause I miss my best friend, Kennedy. Daddy says she can stay over Saturday night and go to church Sunday. I'm so excited. We're gonna have so much to talk about.

I was broken out of my thoughts by my phone buzzing. I opened it up and it was a text from Victor. We've gotten very close in the past month. Surprisingly we have alot in common.

Victor: Hey beautiful

Me: Why you always complimenting me?

Victor: My bad, and your welcome btw

Me: Sorry, it's just that me and Zach are still talking and you know how he feels about you.

Victor: Ya, I gotta go though. Later

Me: Bye

Zach doesn't like me talking to Vic. I think he's just jealous. Zach is one of those who doesn't like to share. Once again my phone buzzed, this time it was a call.

"Hello?" I answered without looking at caller ID.

"Wassup AB" Zach's voice made me smile.

"Nothin, just talkin to you and Vic." I heard him scoff. "Is something wrong with that?"

"Yes, actually." He said rudely through the phone. "I'm your boyfriend not him, you seem to talk to him more than you talk to me."

"Maybe it's cause he doesn't get mad at me for having friends outside of him." I shot back, and I heard him gasp.

"Fine, since I'm just a friend. I'll just go." Before I said anything he'd hung up. My phond buzzed and I looked at it.

Zach: We're done.

I scoffed at his immaturity. I don't need the stress from his childish games.

Me: Fine.

He never replied back after that. Even if he did I wouldn't reply.
I decided to tell Vic what happened.

Me: Hey I know you're busy but... Zach broke up with me. Call me when you're free.

Within minutes after sending him that text he called me. I laughed as I answered.

"You freed yourself reallll fast." We both laughed.

"Yeah.... I didn't have anything to do, I just didn't wanna talk about Zach." He sighed once he finished.

"I figured that when I seen it was you calling just now." We both laughed again.

"Yeah... So, anyways. What happened you and Zach?"

"Nothing, we just got into an argument and he hung up on me. Then texted me that we're done, and I was like fine." He laughed at my explination. "I don't see whats funny.."

"You so rude to that boy." Victor said still laughing.

"Well, what'd you expect. I don't got time for childish games. Especially dumb stuff like that."

"I feel you there..."

Victor's POV

I was secretly hype when Annabelle told me her and Zach broke up. From the way she sounded on the phone, it didn't seem to phase her at all. If it did, she hid it well.

After she told me what went down, we just got to talking. About different things. Like our interests, petpieves, events that happened in our lives. She seems to be way cool, and outgoing; just like Steve said she was. I chuckled to myself and texted Steve.

Me: You were right. She is crazy.

Steve: I wouldn't lie. Lol

After I put my phone on the charger, I laid down in my bed. Just thinking about this one thing Annabelle told me. She told me that a guy at her old school kept forcing himself on her. I have no clue why, but it makes me mad. Well, I mean it makes me mad cause he has no right to do that to her, but... I've never felt so much anger towards one person.

I can't imagine how she feels. I hope she never has to face that guy ever again. If she does, I don't know what I'll do. I don't know if I'll beat him or console her first. I pray I never have to face that choice.

Unknown POV

Annabelle doesn't know it yet, but I'm going to get her back for what she took from me. She is not going to get away with taking something from me. I'm not afraid of her. If Shawn can get to her that easy, it shouldn't be hard to break her. I have a plan for revenge, and it begins with taking what she loves most.
