Haven.~

I was walking home from school. Oh hi, By the way, I'm Haven Lea Anthony. I'm 17, living with my worthless parents. I don't like it here. To be honest, my life is more like a living hell. I hated it. I wanted to end it so bad. I get bullied, beaten, and tore every day. My parents beat my every day; They are always messed up by drugs. I have nowhere else to go, I hated my life. The only friend I have is Kourtney New. Shes been there since the 7th grade. Shes really pretty. I don't understand why she wants to be friends with a ugly girl like me. She had blonde hair, beautiful blue eyes, and her skin was pale white (Picture in slide bar.). She couldn't tan even if she tried. The day we met will always be remembered.

~Flashback~

I was walking up to my locker, nothing to worry about, but well..My so called dad shaved my hair a while back so it looked like a guys hair cut. I wanted to kick his ass so bad when i woke up the next morning. That was the day the bullying started. I got to my locker opening it, when suddenly someone pushed me into in making me drop everything out my arms and me onto the floor. Thats when i heard a Australian accent scream from down the hall.

"Aye, bitch! You seem to forget to say sorry to this girl! If you don't, I will make you." She walked up to me helping me up, standing by my side. She stared at the girl who knocked me down as i stared at her. She was beautiful. Why was she taking up for me? Why was she even helping me?

"Ha! You are you going to do, whore?!" She seemed to get really upset by the comment. She ran and tackled the girl. One punch after another, hitting her until one of the teachers has to pull her off. She got free again and pushed the girl into the lockers, holding her by the throat. she whispered something in her ear, making the girl look at me. "I-I'm Sorry, Haven. It won't happen again." The random girl dropped her then was carried off by the teacher. She looked back at me and waved with a smile. I had a feeling i might be seeing her again. I gathered my stuff up and placed it in my locker, walking out of the school doors. It was at the end of the day, I was walking home. I heard someone call out, 'Hey! you! Girl with the black hair!' I looked back seeing the girl from earlier. I kinda had a good feeling about this girl. She ran up to me, and tried catching her breath. She strighened up and held out her hand. "HI! I'm Kourtney. Korutney New." her Australian accent sung. She smiled at me.

"Hi..I'm Haven.." I stared to reach for her hand then she pulled it back. She then hugged me picking me up, giggling. I laughed with her.

~Flashback ended~

Since then Shes been there for me, never leaving my side. Today she wasn't at school. I got bullied today. When she wasn't around i would get bullied a lot. I hated when she was gone, but she has braces, so she usually has to leave me to go. I walked slowly up my steps to my home, not wanting to go in. I was scared of what was on the other side of the door. I looked around, not noticing a car nor truck in the driveway. I sighed in happiness. I unlocked the door , walking in my home. I slipped my shoes off at the front door, heading upstair. Walking into my lovely room, where i run away and hide in.I opened the door, walking into it. I looked around walking up to my books, grabbing 'Lovely Bones' then turned my radio on. Kiss me by One Direction was on. I started to sing softly to it. Yeah, i forgot to say, I'm a big fan of them. I always wanted to go see then but My parents never gave me the chance. I laid on my window seat, I didn't noticed i passed out until i heard a knock on my window. I knew it was Kourtney, I opened it slowly so she could climb in. She smiled, showing off her lovely braces. She climbed in sitting next to me.

"Hey babe. How it go today? Did anyone pick on you while i was away?" She asked. Tears started forming in my eyes as i covered my face. She knew the girl who bullied me. "Was it her again..?" She said slowly as her Australian accent filled my ears. I nodded. I felt her arms wrap around me, as she pet my head, she sung softly. I heard a loud slam downstairs. It was the front door.. I jerked up, pulling Kourt by the hand and pushed her into my cloest. She knew how my parents were. She hated them. I closed the doors and sat on my bed, waiting for what was coming next. Thats when My door slamed opened, my dad standng there. I could tell he was drunk. I could smell it all on him. He yanked my up by my shirt and threw my on the ground.

"You dumb bitch! Why can't you do anything right around here?!" He kicked my in my back, making my cry out. I knew Kourt was slowly watching this unfold. I knew she was crying. "You're the one that makes this family look bad!' He picked me up and threw me agained the wall. He held me there as he slapped me across the face, nothing but pain shot through me. Then out of nowhere, Kourt jumps out of the closet, taking my dad by the shirt and threw him down the stairs. She closed the door.

"Get your stuff packed, you're coming with me. I'm not letting you stay here, when I leave for London, again." It shocked me, she was taking me to London with her? I was running away?! Finally. I quickly, well as fast as i could, got all my stuff packed. The things i needed. Kourt took some, she throw them by her car outside the window. She helped me climb out.. I heard my dad yelling my name as i got into the car. She spun out of my yard and speed to her house. All these was coming so quickly. I was actually going to get out this hell hole! Maybe there is a God. or maybe I'm just dreaming.

We made it to her house, without getting pulled over. She got my stuff out of her car, while I looked up at the huge beautiful house. I gapsed at it. I never got to go to her house. Never. I wasn't allowed to go anywhere much less go outside. Kourt always came to my house, climbing into my window at night so she'll know I'll be okay.

"Kourt, you live here?" I asked confused.

"Yupp, Well lived. We're moving to London this weekend. And you, my best friend, is coming with us. So you know what that means?! You're going ot be my sister!" She screamed happily. I smiled and slowly walked up the stairs. She opened the door, show me the inside of the beautiful house. It was amazingly beautiful. I never been at any rich house or anything like that. I was wondering how they got this house. "My mum is a lawyer." She said like she read my mind.

I'm moving to London with my best friend? I couldn't believe it! I couldn't wait for tomorrow to end. Kourt walked me up the staires, showing me to my room, well for now. The room was painted light blue, the bed was huge with a black and white blanket and pillows. It had a makeup mirror and a huge walk in cloest that looked like another room. I walked into the bathroom, gasping. It was huge the tub was in the middle of the room. and it made it look so beautiful. I couldn't wait to start my new life. I ran up to Kourt hugging the life out of her. Telling her thank you over and over again. s tarted to cry, but happy tears. I was so happy I wouldn't have to deal with this anymore.

After i ate the meal Kourt's mom made her, i went upstairs, crawling into my bed, falling asleep with peacefull dreams.

~Next Day~

Today Kourtney and I didn't go to school, ther was too much packing to do. Of course we wasn't taking all the stuff we wouldn't really need, like bed or chiars, stuff like that. Kourt said she already had a house other there. But when I mean a lot of packing, I meant Kourtney's closet. Kour walked out the room, because she had a phone call, leaving me to pack the stuff in her suitcases. I heard Kourt scream, I quickly got up running to her.

"Kourt, WHATS WRONG?" I yelled over her. She looked really happy.

"We won tickets to see ONE DIRECTION!" She screamed the last part. Could this day get any better? I heard someone pull up in our driveway, looking out the window I seen my mom walk up to the front door. Nope, it was ruined, just like...THAT!

Hey guys. I really opened you like the first chapter! This story is for my best friend Haven. Its a really lae birthday gift! She won't read it until its finished tho. :c But oh well You guys can read i tho! I really think this book is going to hit it off. <3 Well anyway. Love you guys.!
