charlie:

❥ dr hager was getting sick and tired of charlie's antics disrupting the class
❥ so, he decided that moving you next to him might cause some of your maturity and sensibility to rub off on him
❥ charlie spent most classes trying to annoy you, but you wouldn't give in
❥ eventually he realized that he wouldn't be able to get a rise out of you and settled down, even doing some of the work he was assigned
❥ one day after class he ran up to you and begged you to tutor him
❥ "come on, i promise i won't be annoying. trig is the only class i'm failing and, well, you're pretty smart. please?"
❥ how could you say no?

knox:

❥ you had just transferred to welton and it was your induction day, meaning mr nolan and various other members of staff were showing you around
❥ when you reached the dorms, however, you were met with a guy who didn't look too much older than you
❥ "i'm knox overstreet. i'm gonna be taking you through a typical day at welton."
❥ as he explained your timetable, you mentioned how nervous you were about starting a new school
❥ "trust me, it's not as scary as it looks. besides, you've uh, you've got me. and you're always welcome to hang out with me. and my friends too, obviously."
❥ you promised him that you would
❥ so when you found out you were sharing a room, you can imagine his excitement :)

meeks:

❥ yours and meeks' parents were close friends, meaning you had practically grown up together
❥ when you both got into welton you made a promise to eachother to always stay friends, no matter what
❥ you were in different dorms, and only had one or two classes together, but meeks made sure that any free time he had he was with you
❥ lunch, studying, weekends. if the rest of the boys needed to talk to him, the first place they'd look for him was your dorm
❥ however, as close was you two were, you couldn't help wanting to be even closer
❥ the crush you'd had on him since last year had only grown in intensity since attending welton
❥ but you weren't ready to risk your friendship just yet

neil:

❥ mr perry and your father were complete opposites, and therefore not very fond of each other
❥ all throughout elementary school you and neil had been best friends
❥ however, when mr perry complained about you being a 'bad influence' on his son's behavior, you father had decided to split you up by sending you to a middle school a good few hours away from neil
❥ as you got older, you never forgot about him and how much you missed being with him
❥ so when you got to welton and found out you were sharing a room with your childhood best friend, you were ecstatic
❥ your father though, was quite the opposite
❥ although you were warned to spend as little time together as possible, both you and neil just couldn't keep away from each other :)
