Remember the past

Doubt

After that little thing I had Corviknight get me to the next pokecenter to get them all treated as well as myself since they had a section for us normal people too. The moment they saw me they gave me a room and told me to stay over while they would get a pokemon to heal me. It was nice but there thoughts of losing Zorua and Zoroark was laying heavy on my mind. 

What should I do?

Do I want them to get back?

Or do I want them to stay?

It's hard to think about it...

What do I really want?

Is this the right thing to do?

As I was thinking about that, the door to my room went open and Zorua came in as well as Sister Joy who had them all healed up. Zorua was now actually playing the role of a Scorbunny and I could tell that it was him because of how he quickly came to me and jumped on my lap.

Joy: HAHAH they like you very much.

Me: Mh. Thanks for healing them up and giving me the room to stay in.

Joy: No problems at all. Now please rest a bit and make sure to tell us when you decide to leave again.

Me: Will do.

That was all she said before getting out of the room. Now it was just me and my pokemons which I immediately released from their balls. I liked them free more than in a ball. Next thing I did was open the window and release corviknight outside so she could fly around too. She took that up immediately and went to the next tree which was immediately by the window.

Me: Nice seeing you all well Corviknight.

Corviknight: Night!

Me: Pff.

After that I focused on the other two in my room. Of course I made sure to let the window open so that I could hear corviknight come in and out since this was such a huge window where she could do that freely.

Zorua: It's good that you aren't hurt that badly.

Me: Mh. It was just sprained and some cuts.

Zoroark: ZOZO!

Zorua: What you wanted me to do?

Zoroark: ROAK! ZOROARK! ZOZO!

Zorua: Sure as if I could do that. You know that I couldn't do that.

Zoroark: Roak.

Me: Calm down both of you. 

Once I got back to them, I picked Zorua up and went to Zoroarks side and petted him as well a go sit on the bed and pat the side beside me so that Zotoark would come and sit there. Thankfully that pokemon just did that and I had Zorua in my hands petting him.

Me: Thanks to you guys, I am all fine now. So thanks.

Zorua: That's why we are here for! 

Zoroark: zoroark!

Zorua: He says he will always be there to help you since he found us now.

Me: ... Say what would you do if you could go back?

Zorua: Stay!

Zoroark: Roak!

Zorua: He says the same. 

Me: You sure? I mean you could probably go back to the time and place you came from. 

Zorua: It would be nice...

I knew it.

They want to get back too.

Why am I so selfish!

I can't keep them around my place forever.

They don't belong here.

They should get back from where they came.

Zoroark: roark!

Zorua: He says he doesn't care. I think the same. We found you and we owe soo much too you.

Owe?

I don't get it now.

Zorua: You saved me from these pokemons a while ago and in the past you saved me too. It is because of that, that I am following you. Zoroark too. You saved him too.

Me: How many times do I have to say it wasn't me.

Zorua: I don't care. You are you and I know you. Your aura is the same. It would be impossible for people to have the same aura. We are staying with you and that is final. Don't doubt us.

I guess thats that.

Still... It feels a bit wrong.

I wish I knew what happened.

While I was deeply in my own thought all of the sudden I felt something on my head. It was like a pat and when I looked at Zoroark it was him trying to cheer me up but it wasn't only him but also Zorua. They both somehow knew what I was feeling and tried to cheer me up so I gave in and hugged them both.

Me: Thanks.

Zorua: Nothing to thank for. We should be the one thanking you. You are the one who makes us feel whole. We don't wanna lose you! You are precious to us!

Zoroark: ROAK!

Me: I get it. You guys are precious to me too!

That was all we had to say. The rest of the day we spend cuddeling and enjoying each other presence. I also got to hear about the story how they actually came to  know me. Apparently I saved Zorua from drowning in an icy lake where I jumped in to save him. As for Zoroark I saved him from some frenzied pokemons whatever that means. Well I didn't had to know what happened in the past. The important thing is the right here and right now and I would make sure to enjoy each and every moment of it.
