"do you know what you're doing? going on a date with this random guy you never mentioned before?" hyerin asked, coming out of the bathroom after flushing the toilet.
"that is how you get to know someone, you know?" myunghee laughed while applying a coat of lip gloss on her small lips.
"but i thought you had feelings for dongmin? kiya?"
she plopped the gloss back into her bag. "and i do."
hyerin tilted her head in confusion.
"i'm doing this to see if i can lose feelings for them."
she blinked. "okay, well, i hope it works out for you then."
myunghee's methods of doing things were always questionable but she had the right thing in mind, just never quite knew how to execute it well. but, if that's how she wanted to forget about her very obvious feelings then hyerin wouldn't stop her.
"do you want to go to bubblegum?"
hyerin shook her head. "i'm not feeling it tonight," she mumbled.
"why not? is everything okay?" myunghee worried.
"fine. but, i'm just not feeling it... if i change my mind i'll text you."
"you got it." myunghee swung her bag over her shoulders. "now let's go."
the pair joined dongmin and kiya who'd been waiting in the cafeteria for them.
"began to think you'd both fallen down the toilet," kiya joked.
myunghee scoffed. "very funny."
a couple minutes into lunch, myunghee had gone quiet which was abnormal so the three of them turned their attention to her.
"hyerin, what colour were your papers that got drenched yesterday?" she questioned in a serious tone.
"blue, why?"
her eyes didn't leave gina even for a minute as she pointed at her across the cafeteria. "look at what colour her drink is."
the three heads turned to look at gina.
her drink was also blue.
"funny, isn't it?"
extremely.
"it's not gina. she doesn't know where i sit and she doesn't have anything against me," hyerin tried to ration.
"she could've easily found out where you sit and she probably does have something against you," kiya pointed out.
"like what?"
dongmin dug into his food. "like her boyfriend."
"donghyuck?" hyerin was lost. "wait, what are you guys trying to suggest?"
"come on, hyerin, you're supposed to be the most intelligent one between us," kiya scoffed.
"maybe she thinks you're getting close to him and feels threatened," myunghee suggested.
