Controlled (book 1 in World between worlds)

Chapter four

Anna was furious that Castiel had turned her in to be locked up in Heaven's prison. She had been left there for days with only an unfamiliar angel for company. And when she wasn't in her cell she was being tortured by Naomi to make sure she didn't disobey again. So after she broke out and realized that she never would have been put there if Sam and Dean hadn't started the apocalypse. She decided that she would get back at them by destroying them. But she couldn't just kill them Castiel was watching them like a hawk, so she decided to try a different method. When she was a cherub the archangels spoke of a pool created by Lucifer before he fell. It was said to be a gateway to other worlds, but no angel had gone looking for it once Lucifer turned on them. But Anna was determined to do whatever she could to get back at Sam and Dean. She flew off and searched for the pool for hours, eventually she spotted it and saw how the plants around it changed. The angel dropped down and touched the red plants and it instantly turned white. Knowing that she was in the right place, Anna stuck her hand through the water and walked through it. Her vessel became soaked and on the other side of the pool was an endless supply of doors. She heard voices all around her and most she didn't recognize.

"For the love of Camelot!" A male voice exclaimed.

"Harry Potter the boy who lived." Another male voice whispered.

"You will rescue Peeta or you will find another Mockingjay." a female voice said.

"Humans see what they want to see." Another voice said. Anna heard a ton more and overheard the sound of Rita's voice.

"Ugh, you give me such a headache!"

"Miracles aren't my thing." a British voice said.

Already morphed Jason, Trini, and Zack stumbled across the vine monster with an army of putties. The monster looked like a deformed forest nymph with its slender body made from tree bark, vines at least ten feet long hanging from its head, a leaf crown, and a titled face covered in grass.

"Rangers don't be strangers," Vineyard said. "My putties are going to make you part of my garden." Vineyard raised its arms and the putties went after the rangers who instantly fought them off. Jason used his power sword and martial arts to thin out the clay heads when they tried to corner him. Trini and Zack decided to double team against Vineyard attempting to use their weapons to take him out. However, Vineyard saw that coming and used the vines of his hair to grab them, hanging them upside down and shaking them like rag dolls. "You two look ugly sunflowers but with a few of my personal touches I can change that."

"No!" Jason called out. He took down the last of the putties with his blaster and made a lunge at Vineyard. He shot at the monster causing smoke to erupt from his chest, Vineyard screamed and dropped the two rangers in the process. "Are you guys alright?" Jason asked.

"I may not be dancing for a while." Zack answered.

"Yeah, we've had worse." Trini added in. Vineyard growled in anger furious at being shot and was ready to use his power of poisonous spores but was shot by the arrival of a pink arrow.

"Bullseye." Kimberly declared. Vineyard was shocked at the surprise attack and before he could fight back Billy took him down with his power lance. As the blue ranger landed on his feet Vineyard exploded behind him.

Sam and Dean appeared in the moon palace catching Baboo and the other henchmen off guard; they hadn't been expecting their rangers to show up so soon. Goldar seemed to think the same way as he stepped out from the hallway to find Sam and Dean waiting for them.

"What are you knuckleheads doing here?" Goldar said. "Don't you have a job to do?"

"Don't you have some sunbathing to do with those golden wings of yours, Monkey Breath?" Sam asked.
