"Are you sure you and Aidan can't sort things out between you?" Caitlyn's mother made Aidan, the topic of conversation for the past week everytime her they were alone.

"Yes mum, there is no way i'm going to try and get back with him. Sorry." Caitlyn said sipping her bottle and shrugging her shoulder nonchalantly. "Your sudden change in behaviour is really starting to annoy me Caitlyn." Her mother huffed.

There was no sudden change in her behaviour, she just seemed to realise when breaking up with her boyfriend that you can control the things that happen to you in life, and that no matter how hard you try, you'll never impress everyone so whats the point in trying. If she wanted to impress her mother she'd get back with Aidan, but nothing will ever make her do that.

"I do apologise for not giving a fuck mother." She smiled towards the woman who's lips were pressed firmly together, and her eyes narrowed. "Drinking doesn't make you cool either." She huffed once again shaking her head, leaving Cait to drink by herself.

Caitlyn found that drinking by herself for just under forty-five minutes was quite boring, so then she found herself walking over to her best friends house, and dragging her out to the bar down the road. Nothing special about this bar, just that they served anyone and everyone from sober to completely intoxicated, as long as you caused no trouble they didn't care.

"This place always stinks." Cassidy groaned pinching her nose. "Don't be so stuck up Cass." Caitlyn scolded her friend who rolled her eyes like a typical teenager. "Why did we come here?" Class whispered to Cait, her eyes following some of the couples dancing. "Because i don't want to drink alone." Caitlyn muttered dragging her friend across to the bar and ordering them a drink each.

"Actually no, just one, i just want a lemonade." Cassidy said interrupting Caitlyn as she spoke to the bar tender, he gave them a small nod asking for his money which Caitlyn pulled out from her pocket and gave him. "You know when you said 'Lets go out' I thought you meant to that cool bar, you know in the middle of town where all the cute boys are." Cass huffed leaning against the bar, looking around to see if there were any cute boys around.

"I'm sorry i didn't think of your lust for cute boys before my own need to drinking. I apologise from the bottom of the glass I'm about to get my hands on." The sarcastic remark rolled from her tongue before she could even think about what she was saying. Cassidy merely rolled her eyes and let out a small laugh picking up her glass of lemonade.

After two or three drinks Cassidy squealed, "Oh my god- Cait, theres cute boys!" She grinned towards her bestfriend who said nothing. "Look they're over there!" She pointed towards the door where four boys stood, hands in their pockets, all dressed practically the same. "Go talk to them then Cassidy." She laughed. Cassidy's excitement immediately toned down. "Oh- oh no, i can't, plus I'm here with you, you know trying to cheer you up, or stop you from dying." Cassidy rambled. "You are Cassidy Marsh! Daughter of Mr and Mrs Marsh! Go talk to them!" Cassidy smiled and Caitlyn smiled back standing up from the bar stool and turning her friend around giving her a slight push in their direction.

She watched as Cassidy made her way over to them, pushing her way between a blonde one and one with blue hair, like the same colour as a highlighter. The boys looked down at her and she watched as Cass shifted her weight from one foot to the other out of slight awkwardness. Within a few minutes she was wondering off somewhere else in the bar with them, probably to go sit down. Caitlyn smiled, sitting back on the bar stool and sticking her straw in her mouth, leaning both her elbows on the counter top.

"Caitlyn?" A hesitant voice spoke behind her. "Yes?" She turned around coming to face one of the boys she'd just seen her friend talking to. "Uh- your friend, Cassidy asked me to come find you, and bring you over." She looked up at the blonde boy, who's hair stuck out everywhere and who had a lip ring pulled between his teeth. "I'd love to hear her description of me." Caitlyn urged, trying to get him to speak again, finding his accent quite weird. He scratched the back of his neck, moving to sit on the bar stool next to her. She put the straw back between her lips taking another drink from the glass.

"She said, 'The slightly drunk one at the bar with black hair, and super cute shoes'." Caitlyn nodded, looking down at her shoes. "My shoes are super cute, right?" She laughed lifting her foot up onto the stool. "Oh yeah, cutest shoes i've seen ever." The tall blonde said back, shaking his head slightly getting up. walking back in the direction he came from. Caitlyn grabbed her glass following closely behind him towards where her bestfriend had disappeared off to.

"Cait!" Cassidy beamed as she saw her friend getting closer, patting the space next to her like a child for her to go and sit in. "Sorry for leaving you." She whispered as Caitlyn sat down next to her. "No biggie." She shrugged. "Caitlyn, this is Ashton, that ones Calum, blue hair is Michael, and lip ring is Luke." She said pointing to each of the boys. "And boys this is Caitlyn. Be nice, she'd just been dumped." Cassidy said wrapping her arm around Caitlyn and pulling her to her side. "Thanks Cassidy." She huffed, unwrapping the arm from around her shoulder and sitting up properly.

"You don't look like someone who's just been dumped." blondie/lip ring boy/ Luke said looking over at Caitlyn who shrugged in response. "I didn't even feel like i was ever in a relationship."
