Will rubbed his eyes and looked at who the guy was, and just as he had suspected, it was Murray

MB: "well well, what are you doing running around the house at 11am little willy?"

W: "I'm not little Murray, I'm 18"

MB: "it's been quite some time since I saw you and the rest of the little devils. Joyce said Mike is here too, where did he sleep?"

W: "oh yeah- he's uh in my room still sleeping"

MB: "interesting.. so what did you do-"

Luckily for Will, Joyce swept in and saved him

J: "alright Murray let's stop harassing my son he probably just woke up"

MB: "if you insist Joyce. Oh, where's hopper?"

J: "he's out shopping just now, he should be back soon"

Will got bored listening in and sat down in the living room beside Jonathan, who looked like he could piss himself in the moment. Out of terror, or out of laughter, Will couldn't tell

E: "so.. what did Mike come to give you last night Will?"

Jonathan burst out laughing and didn't stop

W: "he drew something for me and asked to crash here because of his parents being annoying- Jonathan Will you shut up"

Jonathan tried to stop laughing, but it bubbled over again as soon as Mike came through to the living room in pyjamas looking high as fuck

W: "uhm. Do you want me to give you some clothes"

M: "yeah, please..."

They went to wills room which made el and Jonathan laugh harder, almost falling off the couch, it annoyed Will a bit more than it should have and Mike was just awkward

M: "so.. wanna go to a park or something after we have breakfast?"

W: "sure, I know one that's pretty far away and not popular, infact I don't even think anyone actually knows about it"

M: "we can bike there, if you like.. it would be nice, we haven't done that in like, 3 years, not since you moved to cali. We just never really did it again after you came back"

W: "something just seemed to change when we came back, yknow? Infact, even just when we moved. It felt like we grew up so much when really we hadn't. To be honest I'm still the same old Will that got stuck in the upside down for a week and then made a big fuss over it"

M: "that wasn't your fault, and you didn't make a fuss Will. I didn't even go there without someone and look at how I reacted.. you got possessed and didn't end up in a mental hospital at the age of 14, you are already stronger than me"

Will have Mike some clothes since they were about the same height now and basically the same sizes in clothes

Will also got changed after Mike since he had worn the same clothes to bed last night and was pretty sweaty with how warm it was. When he came out of his room they checked that they had everything they might need like money and maybe a snack for each of them, then went through to the kitchen to tell Joyce where they were going.

W: "we're going to a park we will be back in a few hours"

Murray shot them an evil smile then went back to what he was doing while Joyce gave Will and Mike a hug each

J: "alright, be back in time for dinner! Murray is staying here for a day or two so we'll be making a special dinner"

They said their goodbyes and headed out to get their bikes.
