"What do we do now? They have the Commandments, Elizabeth, and we don't know where they are or what they're planning." King asked to no one in particular. "I think they're feigning hostility, but I'm not completely sure why," Merlin started, "It's also worth noting that neither Meliodas or Zeldris are directly absorbing the Commandments. They're just holding onto them." Hawk looked at the rest of them and yelled, "Why didn't you guys tell me they'd gotten stronger before you sent me over?!"

Merlin looks down at the pig, intrigued. "What do you mean 'gotten stronger'?" she asked him. "Their power levels were all at 185,000! I thought you said 142,000 before!" he answered back. She sighed and looked at the group before her. "There seems to be an unintended consequence of their unique...relationship." "You mean besides being filthy?" Ban half joked. Merlin shot him a serious look, "All three of their power levels are increasing dramatically if what Hawk saw was true. They must be aware of this and are doing what they can to destroy the Commandments and save Elizabeth before..." she trailed off. "Before what Merlin?" Diane asks. She sighed again and looked off towards where you three had been, "Before their power is too much for this world. They'll have to return to the demon realm soon." The group looked full of sorrow. "So, they're acting this way to distance themselves?" Ban spoke up, "Those idiots! Why wouldn't they talk to us about it!?" "They see this as their only option and are trying to make it easier for us to forget them," Merlin responded.

The three of you entered an old familiar cave, one that led to the demon realm. "We have to leave her here," Zeldris commented. "Make a cage out of light magic, it should keep her safe," Meliodas told you. You did so and he placed Elizabeth inside. Once you finished the 'cage', you removed her bindings. "Where are you going?" she asked, sadness in her eyes. "We're going to fight the Demon King so we can end your curse," you answered. She looked at you horrified, "Please be careful." The three of you head down the hole in the cave, reaching the bottom. There was a small pond on one side of the cavern. "We should rest here," Meliodas suggested. You were all exhausted so neither of you disagreed with him, but remained in your Assault Modes in case you felt danger nearby. Zeldris leaned against one of the walls of the cave to relax.
