"Anika I'm asking you something. Why did you go to the hospital? Is everything fine? Are you fine? And Priyanka?",
"We all are fine. Come soon I'm waiting ", Anika said and declined the call without giving him any chance to complete his line
"But first tell ..."
"What happened di?", Asked Gauri when she noticed Anika's tensed face after talking with Shivaay. The little bit she knew why she is tensed and what Shivaay asked.
"Raita phel gya. That too a big one. Shivaay asked why I am there. What should I answer now? Suggest me a good excuse ", Anika asked sadly and sat on the bed of the hospital Gauri giggled as no excuse is going to help here they came into the pregnancy department and only Anika is pregnant among them.
"You should tell him the truth Anika ", Priyanka said
"No. I can't otherwise he will kill me", Anika said
"He will get angry if you will tell him today and if by chance he got to know from someone else. He will kill you for sure", Priyanka said
"Don't scare me. I can't handle his ignorance. I am scared to think of that. I can handle his shout and anger but not ignore", Anika said with fear as she is very scared now. The way Shivaay was asking questions, it looked like he is investigating one case and he will take a breath after winning the case
"Then di we should admit our mistake. If you want I will take the blame ", Gauri said. Anika shook her head as she knows Shivaay very well. For once he can control his anger in front of her but if Gauri took the blame then he will lose his anger and might say something worst to Gauri which she doesn't want
"No, I will handle him", Anika said and took a long breath to relax. The trio talked for some time and then they noticed Shivaay entering the room
"What happened Anika? Why did you three come here? Are you fine Anika? And Priyanka you ?", asked Shivaay with concern and sat near them as they were sitting together.
"We are fine bhaiya ", Priyanka said with a smile
"Then why did you guys come here? For party", Shivaay asked sarcastically
"I will tell you ", Anika said and gestured for Gauri and Priyanka to go. She wants to handle Shivaay's anger alone as she knows that for her he will keep in mind that she is pregnant.
"No di I will stay here", Gauri said but Anika shooked her head and asked Priyanka to take her
"Take her Priyanka ", Anika said, Priyanka nodded and took Gauri out with her. Once Priyanka closed the door of the hospital room where Anika was supposed to see her baby
"Say ", Shivaay asked when they left. Anika took a long breath as she is nervous now to talk about this thing. She held his hand and made him sit properly on the bed
"Anika tell me", Shivaay asked softly and rubbed his thumb on her hand. Anika looked at him with a smile. His gesture made her heart flutter and her fear flew away. His love and care always give her strength, his touch give her strength to take his anger too.
"First promise me that you will not ignore me. You are allowed to shout but please don't ignore my presence ", Anika requested
"Ohh so you came because of your carelessness. Now tell me how?", Shivaay asked. He understood by her request that it was her mistake and Anika knows it very well.
"First I want a promise", Anika said and looked aside
"Ok, I will not ignore you. Happy? ", Shivaay said
