Battleships Chapter 4

Hey guys here is chapter 4. I think its safe to say the next chapter will mostly likely be the last one. The song on the side is chasing cars by snow patrol

Recap of what happened in the last chapter: Zach feels horrible for accidentally hurting Cammie but she explains to him that they were too competitive. From then on they decided to take it easy and look at the exchange from a different perspective. The academic tests were distributed and the results was a tie between the two schools. Cammie looks forward to a future with Zach.

I was really pressed for time when I wrote this so I apologize in advance if this chapter is pure garbage.

Chapter 4

Cammie smiled thinking about the events about to unfold. The students in convert operations were going to take their test. Liz provided new earpieces which were going to be distributed to the students.

Zach was going to take some of the girls and some of his own students in one (of many) of the Gallagher vans. Cammie was taking Bex along with some of the students from each. Bex insisted with coming along and Cammie did not want to suffer her wrath if she said no.

The vans they were using was based on Liz's design during their Junior year. Apparently Cammie was not the only one feeling nostalgic and sentimental. In retrospect my years at Gallagher were one of the best I had.

"All right is everyone ready?" Zach asked Cammie taking his place by her side. She nods at him motioning to the girls starting to come down the stairs. Nearly all of them were wearing makeup and had their hair done (probably done by Macey). Both spies saw dozens of bobby and safety pins on the girls. Cammie had to refrain Zach from laughing.

The guys on the other hand were dressed casually in plain clothing. Cammie approved, being plain always helped her blend better and acquire her mission. In her point of view her plain looks helped her tremendously. Zach thought differently, he always saw her first in a room for a simple reason, she always stood out to him. He didn't care that she wasn't as skinny as Liz or as strong as Bex, or as beautiful as Macey. Her looks was not the reason he fell in love with her. He loved the small things she did, her personality and he was always left amazed by her espionage skills.

"Time to get into the vans" Cammie announced walked to the car herself. She was planning on driving not letting Bex anywhere near the steering wheel. Cammie used to think her friend was bad at driving before, now she doesn't want to be in the same car as Bex when she was driving is she valued her life. There was no way Cammie was letting her near the driver's side with kids in the car. (A/N: I feel like this paragraph is really redundant but I am too lazy to rewrite something else).

Zach gave her a quick kiss goodbye before hopping into his own van and driving off. Cammie followed soon after along the all too familiar highway. With her eyes closed and her hands behind her back Cammie could still find her way to Roseville from any part of the Gallagher Academy.

The ride there was uneventful full of shameless flirting between the students. Bex was trying to convince her to randomly swerve the car so they can all fall on each other. Cammie drove faster to get them out of the van, and by them she meant Bex.
