the bell on the door jingled as i walked inside the small cafe. i looked around and saw suna with two pastries and coffee. well one coffee, i'm technically not supposed to have caffeine while i'm pregnant. he looked up and sent me a small smile. i moved to sit across from him with hopeful thoughts.

"hey" he said putting his phone in his pocket, "hi" i said. "so... what'd you wanna talk about?" he asked sipping on his iced coffee.

"i thought about your proposal" i said fiddling with my hands that were placed on my lap. "my mom said that, if we did by chance get back together. when we graduate and the baby is born, my mom and my dad will buy us a house to raise the baby in until we can get back on our feet. my mom said that she and my dad can pay for the bills or your parents can but it's fine if not."

"so i thought about it. i'm willing to give us a chance again. but not right away. we'll take it slow, and i want to see that you've really changed for the better and not worse"
