Prologue 1
A helicopter with a family of five and a pilot in it flew over the Atlantic Ocean while the wind and rain battered them around like they were merely inside a plastic toy helicopter about three centimetres tall. The mother of the family was not happy. She spoke in a highly polished voice while she reprimanded the pilot in an angry torrent.
“When I booked for this helicopter ride I was under the impression that it was meant to be a scenic tour around the Atlantic Ocean and it would be extremely relaxing!” She said in a voice that was on the verge of a scream.
“I’m terribly sorry mam but I didn’t expect the wind to be this bad, it seems we have been blown of course by a long way and I’m not sure where we are. I’m trying my best to contact the control tower for directions and assistance but until I can do that the best thing we can do is just to fly the way the wind is directing us so we don’t get more battered then we already are. I mean, in my twenty-seven years of being a pilot I’ve never experienced weather this horrendous!” He said in a tone of remorse but also amazement.
“Well I’m warning you, I will most certainly be expecting a full refund and may well-“ But the pilot never found out what she may well have done because of the sudden eeriness that filled the cabin. It felt as though the excitement and happiness of the last few minutes was rapidly draining away. They shot each other frightened looks then scoured the water underneath with their eyes for something that might have been the cause for this supernatural feeling that they were experiencing. The only thing below besides the wild sea was a dark ominous building that looked something like a ruined fortress from centuries ago.
As they neared this building their feelings of hopelessness and despair dramatically increased until the pilot collapsed at the controls and the helicopter slowly spiraled down towards the building. As the building neared the occupants of the helicopter realised that they were not just slowly falling but plummeting. The helicopter kept plummeting until finally it crashed upon the rocks around the building with such earth shattering impact that no one who was in it survived.
Someone who was inside the fortress had been watching these events unfold very closely with a sense of mild interest. It was a sensation that he had not felt since he had been taken to this place over a year ago. For this was no ordinary place, it was called Azkaban and was the wizarding worlds prison for the darkest of wizards and was heavily guarded by soul-sucking creatures called dementors. The someone who had been watching was no ordinary man. It was Lucius Malfoy, a dark wizard and supporter of the greatest and worst wizard to have ever lived; Lord Voldemort. Lord Voldemort had been defeated the year before by Harry Potter and his friends. Lucius Malfoy had also been defeated in many ways but felt he still had one last duty he had to fulfill and that was to finish what is former master had started and that was kill Harry Potter.
