CHAERI walks out of her hotel room, and toward the bus stop.
She patiently sits, waiting for the bus.
Looking down at her swinging feet while reflecting her on past month since she moved here, the girl didn't notice the thirty minutes that passed before the bus arrived.
She swipes her bus pass before it declines.
Uncle didn't give me my allowance. Oh God...
She grimaces at the situation and laughs awkwardly at the bus driver that has a look of disdain on her face.
A guy slides past her, "I'll pay for the both of us."
He gives the bus driver a sarcastic yet genuine..? smile.
She's not sure how it could be both at the same time, but it was.
The boy walks behind Chaeri, once she reaches an empty seat, she thanks the boy and sits down.
Without a second thought, she redirects her vision to the window and stares outside.
The bus starts to move, and she feels a weight beside her.
She looks to the side to see the boy sitting next to her.
She quickly observes him, his sharp cat-like eyes amaze her.
He wears the same uniform as her.
He has a calm demeanor surrounding him.
Although he's awfully handsome, cute, and many other things, she wouldn't like him as anything more than a friend. Right?
She looks away before he catches her staring.
Minutes later, they arrive at the school's bus stop.
She remains seated until he stands.
She quickly gets up and turns to get out, but he hasn't moved.
The two collide a bit, but only Chaeri stumbles.
"I'm sorry," the boy chuckles nervously, "I only want to tell you my name."
"Okay..well what is it then?"
"I'm Jungwon, I'm student body president," he gestures to the girl's uniform, "so you'll probably see me around a bunch."
She only nods at him and smiles, "I'm Chaeri."
She cuts the conversation short, truly just wanting to get off the crowded bus that'd probably take off soon if they didn't leave.
As if it were perfectly timed, the bus driver shouts at the two, "I don't have all day! Get off or sit down."
