Being apart of the outsiders, was...interesting. To say the least, you had an entire gang of robots ready to help you, and vice versa. Although you had a great relationship with all of them, clementine was the one you bonded with the most, to the point of living with her. She knew you were non-binary, although it took a few tries at explaining. It all worked out in the end! And right now you were sitting with her while she was taking a 'nap' , you were reading a random magazine you found. "Y/n?" You turn around to see clementine powered on, "good morning Clem," you said while smiling and putting down the magazine. "Y/n, can you...explain non-binary to me again..?"

"Oh, well non-binary is an umbrella term for a lot of things," you say, a bit confused. "No-no just non-binary not the umbrella term,"  she waves her hands, "oh well Non-binary or genderqueer is an umbrella term for gender identities that are not solely male or female‍—‌identities that are outside the gender binary. being non-binary means that they don't identify as exclusively male or female. Some non-binary people may feel like they're a blend of both genders, while others may feel like they don't identify with either gender." You explain to her, "but being non-binary can also just be gender identity, gender identity and pronouns are very different!" You say while clementine is listening intently, "like you can be non-binary and use she/they pronouns or be male and use they/them pronouns." You say smiling whilst doing so. Clementine starts to look puzzled, "and there's neo pronouns!" You say excited, "neo pronouns?" Clementine repeats. "Yea! I mean I use neo pronouns, remember??" You've been using neo pronouns and they/them for a good while, despite it taking a LONG while to explain it to the outsiders AND how to pronounce it. "Oh. I forgot, sorry" Clementine has a guilty expression on her face, "it's ok, I can explain it again?" She nods fast, "ok so-

•3 hours later...•

"And that's all about non-binary and neo pronouns, and the umbrella term!" You say happily, glad with the fact you no longer had to explain it. "Y/n," "yes Clem?" "I think i might be non-binary," you immediately jump up, both from joy and shock at this new revolution from clementine. "Really?! That's great!" You say with joy, smiling. "Yea.. can you use they/she for me?" They ask quietly, "of course I can!!" You yell with joy. "Let's go tell the others!" "Yea i would enjoy that" . The both of you walk out and start the journey to the outsiders, chatting and having fun along the way.

It may have taken 3hours but it was worth it for clementine to figure out themselves.
