Primarosa Dozorov's P.O.V

I couldn't. We couldn't.

My heart broke at the words of my father. I am a disfigured monster. Heartless. Immoral.

He is right.

And it hurt knowing so.

"Stop it with the illusions!" I heard her shout out.

I felt trapped inside my own body. A spectator. She was talking and screaming at our father. Even throwing a knife at him and barely missing his left eye.

It was a trance. Until I felt Alek grab our body in an embrace and whisper in our ear.

"Stop it."

I immediately snapped out and came to control my body again.

I leaned into his touch and relaxed.

"Are you her boyfriend? What did I say? You are a slut." My father spat and gave me a disgusted look.

"I know that you are her father, but that is no way a father should treat his daughter. You better leave. How much should she say that she doesn't want to see you here for you to leave." I heard Alek snap back.

He loosened his hold on me and let go. I stood and held the tears back.

"I see you won't budge, father," I told. He shifted his weight. "Come in. You too, Alek and Peteris." I calmly said and walked into my office.

They followed in tow. I took a seat at my desk. "Why is your laptop on the floor? And what are these on the coffee table?" My father questioned with indifference as he took a seat.

"I am a graphic designer hired by Ms, Dozorov. These are my gadgets. She decided to lay on the rug while she worked because she had been sitting for hours without break." Alek explained as he set down a McDonald's takeout bag on the edge of my desk.

My dad scoffed. "Now to what I want to discuss. I have been told you cut me off." He asserted and crossed his arms with an expectant look on his face.

"And so. The only reason I see is that you are running this company to the ground. My suspicion has only been confirmed when I knew you were aiming to do business with the Sapinos. They are too low and small of a business for our standards. You can't handle our living expenses, can you?" He explained.

"No, Father. I can perfectly. I cut you off because you were embezzling the money. I know you are transferring the money I sent you into a private bank account in Sweden. I made a shared account between us for a reason you know. And also did not let all my earnings get transferred in it for a reason." I explained laying my head on the desk. It felt like someone hit it with a hammer a thousand times.

"What do you mean?! What about those Sapinos?!" He yelled out.

"The Sapinos are good people. They have proved to me on several occasions when they were starting that they have the same moral ground as I do. Their business is only a few years old, and they have a hell lot of competition. Regardless they have proven worthy and of high quality when it comes to their products. We may not expand, but they will and so will our profits increase tremendously." I explained and closed my eyes.
