ONE FAILED SALVATION

Uriel2's adventures

Uriel2 couldn't sleep.

In the best next to his, Jimmy2 slept, snoring loudly. Yet that wasn't why he couldn't sleep.

Raziel and Uriel were in the bedroom. The Angel of Knowledge was looking at Jimmy2, eyes full of love, while Uriel was sitting next to Uriel2.

"Can't sleep?" The Gatekeeper asked. The small Angel shook his head "I miss Ma and Pa"

Uriel looked around. How was he supposed to tell the kid they had Lost contact with his parents, and pretty much everyone else, earlier that day? The Archangel stopped pondering the questione once he spotted the face of a creepy humanoid Beast pressed against the window. He walked up and closed the curtains over the Yule man's face, mentally taking note to move all the children to windowless rooms before turning to his protected "How about I read you a story?" Uriel asked. Uriel2 nodded "But I want a particular story. I want a story where the big bad guys are stronger than the good guys but still lose"

Uriel was confused for a moment before Raziel handed him a book "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness"

Two hours and six minutes later

"And so the meatball seller stopped hitting himself" Uriel finished, closing the book. Uriel2 was almost asleep, and he barely realized Raziel and Uriel had begun discussing. The last tought before he fell into the world of dreams was "How cool would it be if I managed to dreamwalk to find Ma and Pa?"

Uriel2 woke up and stretched his arms before blinking. That's when he realized that he could feel his right eye, the one he had lost at birth. He tried to flap his wings in excitment, but he could not feel them. He looked over his shoulder only to see a streak of blue hair move to show his back, without any wing. Uriel2 suddendly understood that he was in someone else's body- the body of a two years old human. Yet he was so sure he was himself.

"Is it possible that I dreamwalked into the body of a variant of me who Is human?" Uriel2 asked himself, rubbing his head. He fell two small pointy objects "Horns?" He guessed "Maybe this variant is a human-Netherkin hybrid, Like Pa?"

He looked around. He was laying on the couch that his father kept in his old lab in the Dreadfort. Speaking of the Victor of this world, Victor4, he was talking with Jarvis4 while sitting at his desk. Once Uriel2's uncle hologram closed, Victor4 turned around and saw the kid. He walked to the couch and picked Uriel2 up "Hey Lil' T"

"Who's Lil'T?" Uriel2 asked.

Victor4 looked at him "You can speak?"

Uriel2 nodded "You see, I'm not your son. I think I'm his variant from another dimension."

Victor4 looked at him again "Wait what?"

For a good ten minutes, Uriel2 explained to Victor4 what the Multiverse was, and how Dreamwalking works.

"So in another world, my secondborn son Is an Angel" Victor4 said "Unbelievable"

"But it's true" Uriel2 stated "Anyways, where are Ma and Jimmy4?"

"They wanted to go to Hurricane4's funeral by horse, while I'll go with the dragon" Victor4 explained before Uriel2 interrupted him "Aunt Hurricane is dead?"

Victor4 nodded "She was killed by Aster4 using some powers she never showed again"

Uriel2 tilted his head so Victor4 continued "She created some red sphere of Power around her hands and torn Hurricane4 to spaghetti before destroying her head"

"Just like Scarlet Witch and Mister Richards" Uriel2 murmured

"What?" Victor4 asked

"Nothing" Uriel2 shrugged "Well, if I can't meet Ma here, I'll just Dreamwalk somewhere else"
