Chaeryeong's POV

What the teacher told me at school the other day was that we'll be having a school trip to Jeju. They asked me to find a place that would be nice for us students. They also asked me to do some partnering up of students, I really wanted for me and Ryujin to be together in one room since I trust her the most and besides, Lia unnie would be with Yeji unnie and Yuna would probably want to share a room with her close friends.

"Hello sweetie, what are you doing?" mom asked me as she passed by the kitchen

"Just some student council duties" I said, I also forgot to mention that today is a Saturday

"Oh, well then, what's with all of these papers?" she asked

"I was given the list of names of students in my batch. We're going on a field trip to Jeju by monday and we'll be probably be there for a week. I'm doing the partners right now" I said to mom and she seems to be worried

"What's wrong mom? Don't you want me to go?" I asked her but then eomma was also now in the kitchen

"What's that sweetie?" she asked and looked at the papers I had

"Oh, the trip to Jeju. Make sure you'll have Ryujin staying with you" she said and my eyes widened and I started to blush.

"W-what?" I asked her

"Ryujin. I trust Ryujin and I know she'll take care of you when I'm not around" eomma said

"WHAT? YOU'LL NOT BE THERE?!?!"" mom asked in panic.

"Calm down babe, of course I'll be there. I just meant when I'm not watching over Chaery the whole time.I'm a teacher after all and I need to keep an eye on all of the students" eomma said and mom finally calmed down

"Okay, I'll allow you to go sweetie. Only if Ryujin's your roommate. I don't want you to stay in a room with someone I don't know" mom said

"Don't worry mom, I'll be sharing a room with Ryujin for you to not worry too much" I said to her and chuckled.

"By the way, don't you have a date with Ryujin today?" eomma asked and I looked at her confused

"Huh?"

"She asked permission from me and your mom if you two can go on a date, We couldn't say no of course since she's really respectful towards you and us. I actually like it that she asks permission first from us before just taking you out on a date" eomma said and I nodded

"I'll get ready then, thanks mom, eomma" I said to them and gather up my papers and brought them up to my bedroom.

As I got up, I got a message from Ryujin

I smiled softly right after she messaged me. She was so very sweet with her words and I really like the nicknames she calls me. She makes me feel more confident and make me just want to be myself. She doesn't question the things I do all the time and when I joke around she just plays along with me.
