This is gonna be short cause I don't have ideas)

Kai walked into Albedos office was a smile, and sat down in the chair.

"You wanted to see me?" He leaned forward, curiosity glinting in his eyes.

"I did." Albedo sent a smile back.
"What for?"
"No reason, you don't have too much work right?"
"I don't, so you just wanted to see my beautiful face."
Albedo flushed, and violently shook his head.
"I'm bored, normally I'd talk to Sucrose but she's away."
"Makes sense, what do you normally talk about?"
"Science." Albedo showed Kai his computer screen, and Kai didn't understand any of the crap on it.
"Yeah no, I can't do that." He frowned jokingly
"I guessed that. That's why your gonna help me find a new local cafe to go to in the mornings, the one I normally go to closed down." Albedo sighed sadly, thinking about that little coffee shop at the end of the block.
"Sure, I have amazing taste." Kai knew he didn't, but it was okay.
"Thanks."

"Okay, Gold cloud cafe it is." Albedo smiled at Kai.
"Wooo!"
"Would you like to come with me to it on the way home?"
"Of course.!" Kai got up, leaning forward to albedo.
"I'll come grab you." Albedo called out as Kai started to leave, and the other sent a small wave.

"It's getting chilly these days, It's already late fall.." Kai frowned at his phone, checking that weeks weather.

"Yeah, but it isn't too bad, I like winter." Albedo let out a breath as he adjusted his scarf.
"Halloween is coming up, you planning on doing anything?" Kai raised his eyebrow at Albedo.
"Naw, you got anything?"
"Costume party, hosting by Xae. I'm 100% you can come if you want to." Kai pushed opened the cafe's door, and met the sweet smell of honey and baked goods.
"I'd be glad to come. And it smelled amazing here." Albedo chuckled, taking his hands out of his jacket pockets.
"Yeah! I'll text you the timing and stuff, right now, I'm eyeing that scone." Kai drooled at the food being displayed.
"Alright, I'll pay too." Albedo took out his wallet.
"I'll pay for the next place we go to then." Kai sighed, leaning on the other.

Kai had gotten used to this, days on going on dates?no, just hang outs with albedo. It filled his heart with happiness and love, even though it wasn't exactly what he wanted. Perhaps he'd ask him out at the Halloween party, then again he'd looked like a mess, confessing in a Halloween costume. But besides that, he was happy. Everyone else was happy, life was good. There was always that lingering feeling of dead that haunted him, following him around like the plague.

"Kai." Albedo handed Kai the scone, and took a seat on of the small tables inside the shop.
"Albedo." Kai sent a toothy grin in the others direction, unpacking his scone from its bag.
"We have a lot of time, so don't choke like you did last time." Albedo sipped the warm coffee.
"I won't- stop bringing that up!" Kai turned red from embarrassment. "Shh, don't disturb the other customers you siren." Albedo said through gritted teeth, that were holding back a laugh.
"Whatever, this scone is delicious." Kai nodded at the blonde.
"I'll have a bite." Albedo leaned forward, chomping down onto the food, making Kai blush violently as Albedo made eye contact.
"Just finish, and then let's get going."

"I liked that place." Kai smiled at the other, before walking down the street to both of their houses.
"I'll go there again tomorrow, and remember, Halloween party." Albedo nudged Kai with his shoulder, making the other blush
"I won't forget, I have an amazing memory." Kai declared, smiling at the latter.
"Okay, this is where we part"Albedo said, the happiness in his voice melting away, like he didn't want to part with Kai
"I'll meet you here tomorrow morning, don't worry." Kai also shared the feeling, wanting to be able to be by Albedos side all the time
He stared with a loving expression at the blonde, before realizing what he was doing. He shook his head, turning red, and rushing off with a wave of his hand.

"BYE!" He Heard- albedo call.
"SEE YA!" KAI yelled back, a small smile forming onto his face.
