Everybody seemed to be heading to the same place tonight. Cars were flying by filled with people who I went to school with, but didn't even know I was alive.

When I got to the party I felt out of place in my in my light blue sweater and ripped up blue jeans. Compared to everyone and even Anna I looked short. The reason, heels so tall I could snap my neck in them. Everybody's breath in the air caused everything to feel sticky. I felt hot and I was already annoyed, because I repeatedly got shoved by people who couldn't see me. I went over to a table lined with a wide assortment of foods and drinks. I settled on what I hoped was fruit punch. I sip my drink as I squeeze my way out of the crowd and toward the pool area. I love water. Water is like a fantasy world to me. I just get to glide freely on it with no troubles. I wasn't surprised when I became mesmerized by the beautiful blue water, but I just couldn't pull my eyes away from the rippling water. Hands were on my back, and the next thing I knew i had been shoved into the pool by some drunken idiot.

I watched the door as people flooded in to join the party. That was when I saw her. All I could see was her back, but I knew she was different then all the other girls here. They all wore skimpy clothes, and only wanted the attention of every testosterone filled being in the room. She was beautiful in her light blue sweater and ripped up dark blue jeans. I loved the way she wore black converse like the ones I myself wore. I didn't expect her to be completely gorgeous, since she looked like someone who didn't want attention from the back. I was wrong, dead wrong. She had beautiful green eyes and they seemed to pop out even more, because of her long black eyelashes. Her long curly black hair seemed to bounce as she walked. I don't think she noticed all the heads turn as she walked by. I couldn't help it. I followed her to the backyard where the pool was. She looked adorable as she stared at the pool longingly. I knew I was staring and I didn't care.

The water felt amazing. I slipped into my own little world in the comfort of the water. That was cut short though, because the next thing I heard was a splash and felt arms wrap around me. I was pulled out of the water by a guy. I immediately knew it was the guy from the car accident. I also realized who this guy was. He was Tristan Spain and he looked slightly worried, I wondered why.

"Are you okay?" He asked with a worried expression on his face. That ripped me right out of my thoughts and back into reality.

"Yes, I'm fine" I said slightly confused "why did you pull me out of the pool?" He looked at me with a dumbfounded look.

"You weren't moving, so I thought that you might be unconscious or drowning."

I just began to laugh the heartiest laugh ever. It wasn't one of those little giggles most girls let out, no, it was one of those side splitting, can't breathe kind of laughs. When I was finally able to breathe I realized his cheeks were a bright crimson and I felt slightly guilty.

"No" I said wiping tears off my cheeks " I wasn't drowning, I was floating." "I love water and I kinda spaced out a little." His mood seemed to brighten at my answer to all the drama. That is when I realized how close his face was and I let my eyes wonder a little. They went to his blue eyes that reminded me of the ocean during a storm. I also took in the sight of what I knew was going to be a scar on his jaw line. I knew I had been staring to long when he cleared his throat to get my attention. He helped me up from my position on the ground. I almost immediately took in the fact that almost everyone was staring at us.

I noticed the guy who was absolutely drunk fumbling towards her. My brain was able to figure our what was about to happen but it was a split second to late. She was in the pool and she wasn't moving. I freaked out and jumped into the pool trying to get to her as quickly as I could. I pulled her out only to be met with her breath taking eyes. She looked confused which made me worry even more.
I asked her if she was okay and she told me she was fine. I wasn't ready though for her next question.

"Why did you pull me out of the pool?" she looked really confused which left me with no words to say. After a few seconds I was able to answer her.

"You weren't moving, so I thought that you might be unconscious or drowning." I said wondering why she would even ask that question. The next thing I heard surprised me and it was like heaven to my ears all at once.

She started laughing. Just the sound of her laugh seemed to send me to my own little paradise. It was amazing. It also made me blush slightly, because I didn't understand why.

She stopped laughing a wiped the tears from her cheeks while she answered.
"I wasn't drowning, I was floating." "I love water and I kinda spaced out a little." This made me incredibly happy, because I now knew she wasn't really laughing at me. That is when her eyes met mine, sending electricity shooting through me. That moment was cut short when her eyes left mine, but I realized what she was doing. Her eyes roamed my face and I loved the way that they carefully scanned my features. I knew that is was slightly chilly outside, so I had to get her attention even if I didn't want her to stop looking at me. I cleared my throat and helped her off the ground. Everyone was staring, but I didn't care. I was in an extremely happy mood.

He led me through the house and up a flight of stairs to a room. Once I walked in I realized it was his room. He led me in and sat me down in front of what looked like a fireplace.

"I will be right back with a change of clothes."he said while walking out of the room. As he left all I could do was sit next to the fire enjoying the heat that began to cling to me. I looked at the king sized bed with it's navy blue sheets perfectly folded. I stopped looking around when I heard the door click. Tristan came walking back in with a set of clothes in his arms.

"I got a few clothes from my sister and I am pretty sure they will fit you." he said. This made me raise an eyebrow and he knew why.

"I think they will, you and her look about the same size."he said in a hurry trying to keep me from thinking that he was some crazed stalker. I couldn't help but smile at his panicked state.

"Thanks." I said with a small smile "where can I change at?" He looked at me for a minute before answering.

"You can change in here" he said leaving the room.

I stripped out of the damp clothes that were still slightly stuck to my body. I put on the clothes that he brought and smiled at my reflection. I looked like myself and liked it. The green oversized t-shirt he brought me fit me nicely and was very comfortable. I was very surprised when the light blue skinny jeans actually fit me. I guess I was the same size as his sister. My feet felt cold and I was happy when I saw socks on the dresser next to his bed. I slipped them on only to figure out they looked like pandas. I didn't feel cold anymore and I didn't have damp clothes heavily hanging on my body. I heard a knock on the door and opened it expecting it to be Tristan, but I was surprised to see a group of people from my school.

"Do you want to come play truth-or-dare with us?" They asked looking at me with hope in their eyes.

"Sure" I said not being able to say no to all their hopeful faces. I mean how bad could it be.
