A twisted tale short

This is basically a one shot of the book im writing and the title is a work in progress

Moira's Pov
----------------------------Me and pluto have been together for a couple of years now and today was our anniversary, were going on a picnic date:)
Pluto was getting the food ready in the kitchen while I was getting the basket ready. I folded the blanket so we wouldn't have to sit on uncomfortable grass because we had chosen a beautiful flower field in the outskirts of town to go to. Then I put the blanket in, then the silverware, i had to grab it before Pluto started cooking because they wanted the food to be a surprise but either way I know its going to be delicious because they're an amazing cook! Then I grabbed some fake candles and Pluto's favorite flower, a daffodil, to set the mood, its gonna be a perfect date. Finally I snuck in... the ring, I plan on proposing to pluto♡
Once the basket was ready I knocked on the kitchen door.

Pluto's Pov

I had just finished making Moira's favorite lunch food and drinks. Blt's, a bag of strawberries mixed with some raspberries and strawberry soda. I hid the food in containers and put it in the basket with Moira's supervision to make sure I didn't see what she had in there once I finished with that we were ready to go. I gave her a thumbs up then she left for the bathroom. Which gave me the perfect chance to slip in her favorite flower, a Salvia. Along with the flower i hid a ring under the blanket, i was planning on proposing to Moira♡

At the picnic/3rd Pov

They both enjoyed the picnic very much. Just chatting, eating good food and loving each others company until it reached sunset and they simultaneously said "I need to tell you something" and after a little back in forth of 'you go first' Moira ended up speaking first.
"Pluto, I love you. I have loved you for years. I loved when we first met, I loved when we first dated, I loved when we reunited, I loved falling for you for a second time, I loved remembering when we first met, most importantly I love you. I love everything about you. I may have forgotten you long ago but I never forgot the love we shared. You are the love of my life, you pushed me to improve, you were with me through everything which is why I want to live and love every moment with you. So, Pluto, will you marry me?" Moira pulled out a ring but It wasn't the one they had picked out for pluto? Pluto's ring was a black band with sapphires, this one was a silver band with amethyst "wait what- this isn't the ring I picked out for you?" Moira said incredibly confused then Pluto pulled out a ring that had a black band and sapphire gems "thats the ring I picked out for you" Pluto said. They bath sat in silence for a second then burst out laughing. "Omg you probably had a speech for me" Moira said. "Oh screw speeches of course I'll marry you and I know you'll marry me" Pluto said gently grabbing Moira's face and then they passionately kissed happily engaged.
