Back Story

Mercedes Jones and Mia Evans who is Sam Evans twin sister had a fling over summer instead of Sam and Mercedes but then they had to move to Kentucky due to being homeless in Ohio.

Mia didn't go to school when Sam first joined WMHS because she has depression and anxiety due to bullying from their last school because she was bisexual.

I'm starting this story on the episode of glee that Sam comes back.
